Buhari has dumped you, APGA mocks Andy Uba


The All Progressives Grand Alliance has said why the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Andy Uba, has not flagged of his campaign is because the President, Muhammadu Buhari does not endorse his candidature.

Our correspondent gathered that George Moghalu is the preferred candidate of the party by Buhari.

Commenting on that, the National Coordinator of APGA Media Warriors said, "Andy Uba is truly in a political mess currently.

"He failed to flag off his campaign for the election and he is not touring the 21 LGA for campaign.

"My investigation revealed that President Buhari has dumped him because the President discovered that all that Andy Uba wanted is for him to use his presidential powers to rig the November 6th election for him.

But President Buhari as a progressive minded politician is not comfortable to going back to the dark era of using presidential powers to rig election in favour of an unpopular candidate.

"President Buhari is of the opinion that Andy Uba is not popular in Anambra State and to make matters worst, the President is not comfortable with the complaints of how Andy Uba emerged as APC candidate for Anambra election without the conduct of a free and fair primary in the State by their party.

"The President is only committed to ensuring that the November 6th governorship election is free and fair.

"What he wants is for the Anambra electorate to be allowed to elect their next Governor with their votes.

"I say it boldly that President Buhari has dumped Andy Uba because if what I said is not true, Andy Uba will do his campaign flagoff under a watertight security protection with the President in attendance but that did not happen.

Another thing is that if the President is supporting him he will provide him with a watertight security protection to tour the 21 LGA.

It is also obvious that the President is not comfortable with seeing Andy Uba face at the Presidential villa hence the reason why Governor Hope Uzodimma and Governor Buni that always take the rotten characters from Anambra that were lured into defecting to APC with money to the President.


Most importantly, Soludo that is APGA candidate, is working for the President as a member of the Presidential economic advisory team.

What I said now is the true position of things.

All that Andy Uba wanted is for the President to use his Federal might to impose him on ndi Anambra but Buhari is not ready to do that.



It is their last resort that is aimed at frightening the electorates to discourage them from coming out to vote on November 6th so that they will rig the election.

President Buhari is getting the intelligence report of political developments in Anambra and as at today, he is disappointed to discover that the current insecurity in the State is politically motivated and that APC members led by Andy Uba are being accused of sponsoring it.

The President as a man of integrity does not want to associate himself with anything that will soil his hard earned reputation and this was also the reason why he distanced himself from the suggestion of the Minister for Justice that he should use because of the politically motivated killings in Anambra State to declare State of emergency in the State.

Instead of buying the State of emergency bad idea, the President is giving Governor Obiano the needed cooperation as the Chief Security Officer of the State to nip the politically motivated killings in the State in the bud.

The security personnel's deployed to the State are working and the good work they are doing is yielding fruitful result.

Normalcy is gradually returning to the State ahead of the November 6th governorship election.

The so called unknown gunmen are now running for their lives.

If the President maintains his current neutral stand without succumbing to undue pressure to use Federal might to rig the election in favour of Andy Uba, he has succeeded in giving Nigerians hope that the 2023 general election will be free and fair.

That so APC go take win in anambra without any campaign.
