Boss, I initially sent them some mails after 3 months. Nothing was happening so I left them.

But from September 10th, I sent them a mail on every occasion just before I got a new update. With the urgent tag stating my application is 10 months old. Each time, I get a message on my application just hours after the mail. The medical request was in 30 mins sef.

Note: Before IRCC can send an applicant PPR, they would have done their thorough check and investigation to see if truly the applicant meets the IRCC immigration requirements of a study permit Visa.. Meaning, for IRCC to send an Applicant a Passport request, it shows the application has been approved...

You cannot be rejected after PPR except you submit a fake Passport or you robb a bank and you are caught..

So sorry about that...work on those reasons, request your gcms to see other reasons for refusal and refire

Make them stamp am anywhere, the koko be say, that visa don enter the passport.

Is there anything to show you have registered for CAC? You will need to submit that, since you do not have your CAC yet..
Also submit the transaction receipts of the sales of the gadgets and your personal statement of account that will reflect these transactions..
Your SOP should be constructive and convincing in your next application..

Once your GCMS is out, do not hesitate to drop it..

Yes, I do have my CAC for my business now with receipts of sales as well.

My timeline

First application: Nov 2019, refused after 2 weeks
2nd application: 5th February 2021
Refused: 2nd June 2021 (Reasons , not declaring my previous US refusal but fortunately I raised a webform after 2 months of submission.
Judicial review: 4th June 2021
Settlement offer: 29th July 2021
Application reopened: 11th August 2021
BVL: 27th September 2021
PPR: 19th October 2021

This application was one of a kind infact it was a strange one, it took a lot of fasting and prayers but God took all the glory.

Reason why I won’t be listing out the application submitted is because the visa was denied and I went through JR

My God that I serve that did this for me will definitely do it for all of you guys.
