Not only did haaland score 41 goals in 41 games last season. He also had 12 assists. The guy assists last season was even higher than osimehn goals. This season alone, he has 25 goals in all competitions. Osimehn can become on his level in the future, but he has to earn it by proving himself.

At youth level it isn't out of place to make comparison between players because they are obviously still developing..it is based more on actual data and extrapolations on how they could develop based on their potentials.

Haaland and Osimhen aren't the finished article yet in my opinion.

In 3-5 years time, if such comparisms still persist then one can be more definitive...lest we forget Mikel once rubbed shoulders with Messi in 2005....within 3-5 years we knew the gulf between them was massive ( no disrespect to Mikel cos he's a Nigerian legend).

I only pray this conversation still takes place in a few years time... That said,I am tipping Osimhen to become a truly global Superstar from Africa in the mould of Drogba/Eto'o but only time will tell.
