Hello, Well done. I am currently building on a dry land. My engineer made my foundation 4 courses of blocks without a DPC and insists I shouldn't worry about rising damp. Should I be worried?. Thank you.

Seems like high ceiling is coming back.
The owner obviously lives in Europe where its common. Their houses will look ordinary and common outside but inside is masterpiece.


There are duplexes with high ceilings too.

Have always loved high ceiling but never know it's this costly.

We are going to increase the size if this swimming pool this afternoon, the increase will be on the length, towards the right hand side. More excavation to continue.

Our focus now is on the compound floor, clearing, levelling and filling. .......

Removing a tree trunk from the swimming pool area, the rains has been intense in this area for the past few days. Sometimes messing up our excavation works.

We bought 3 plastic tanks to be mounted on our overhead tank stand. We will buy more pipes to use in mechanical piping of water supply for this new building.
