Yes you can go ahead. But just know that naturally, the female is often over 5 years more matured in minder and thinking than males. A 25 year old lady is not in the same maturity class as a 25 year old man.

In your case she is 6 years older than you, then technically she is thinking almost in the class of your aunt. She is nothing less than 10 years more matured than you.
