Where he operates from matters not in law. As long as the (original) mace (symbol of authority) is there and they have the required quorum, their activities becomes legitimate

Plateau state have known no peace in recent time especially with the farmers and herdsmen clash that have displaced so many people, resulted in large number of death from the attack by fulani herdsmen.
