Hello House Of recent, we have been having complaints of this particular Visa Officer (AH03849), of how he/she refuses applications for no just reasons.. I do not wanna believe this Visa Officer is all about refusals, so I want us to do our home work as regards his/her operation and it will take our cooperation here to achieve this.. Now, this goes to the applicants here that were approved, and this will be like a give back from you to the thread that has helped you get your Visa. Now please order for your GCMS notes and when its ready share with us on this thread, let us see if this is the same Visa Officer(AH03849) that approved your application or not... With this, we will also know if this particular Visa Officer is in charge of Nigerian applicants.. I know the approved applicants will say what is the point of ordering my GCMS notes when I have already gotten my Visa, please note you are doing the good of this thread that has blessed you with so much information prior to the time you got your Visa.. On behalf of this thread, I appeal to the approved applicants here to order for their GCMS notes, so we can carry this survey on the operation of this particular Visa Offier.. I know these Officers are watching us here, so let us make a point.. Peace |

Hello Canfulfilment Since you have the bolded, it will be very useful in backing up your claims.. And as per the pictures, since you don't have a personal picture with, I wanna believe you have pictures with your mum and your younger sister who is his mother I assume.. You can upload those pictures and explain to the Visa Officer of your relationship with them.. Pay his full school fees, you can create a GIC account for him since you are in Canada, and also you can send his living expenses to his Account.. Just make sure you do everything possible to show that you will truly be financially committed to him all through his studies in Canada... Peace Canfulfilment: |

Jay316:Hello Boss! Congratulations on your visa approval. I really appreciate your immense contribution to this platform. May you find favor in Canada. I am 20th July applicant ( Second application) Eligibility started on 1st October Classes startef on 8th September and I deferred my admission to fall 2022 since the only starting date for my program is fall. Please I would like to get your opinion on these: 1. Am fully vaccinated, would it be necessary at this point to forward my vaccination certificate to IRCC through webform or email? 2. Should I notify IRCC of my updated LOA now or I should wait until decision is reached on my visa application. Don't u think that notify them with the new LOA will delay my PPR? I will be much grateful for ur response. I will also appreciate response from other gurus in the house. Thank you and God bless you all. |

Hello Muna Guess you didn't capture the Medical aspect of the GCMS notes cos I cant see anything Medical here.. And if this is what you uploaded, then that means IRCC does not need a Medical examination from you yet.. Peace Munamoqel: |

makano:Yes. let me support by including mine. But then, I don't really buy into the fact that the VO hates Nigerians, but then we never can know. Cos we have had plenty people under him or her complain. Guess I was lucky my file was not assigned to him or her. I guess from my assessment note, that's why Lagos VO called me to send my old and renewed passport by email. Same day 4hrs later, I got PPR.

Viewoliver:Hello, For Q1) you're free to send them your proof of full vaccination. In as much as it shows you're ready to go, I don't think it will have much influence on your application. But then, you never can tell, maybe it may do wonders on the VO handling your file and no penalty in sending additional documents you think my help. Even me that sent additional documents like new passport, MBS(twice) that needs vetting, my application was done in 4months an 13days. For Q2). You don't need to yet. I got my new LOA, I didn't send it untill I got my PPR. The. Day I got PPR, I sent it via mail and webform. I believed sending new LOA with far distance starting date might make the VO to say ok, this one has enough time, let me go attend to January intake applicants. So keep hold of your new loa and send when PPR lands. To be frank with you, if they want to know whether you have deferred or not, they will know. So relax k. Humble opinion |

Hello Ketima Thanks for your prompt response, but I never said the VO hates Nigerians though.. Just wanna know more about the operation of the VO as regards Final Decision and if he/she is the principal VO for Nigerian applications.. Peace Ketima: |

Can one principal VO handle all the applications from naija? I doubt he/she is the only one. makano: |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Omiinii: 9:56am On Oct 30, 2021 |
I can't say exactly what it means. But I know this sub section is under your eligibility assessments. Instead of "medicals" some might show "eligibility" or "selection" e.t.c. I believe it's the stage at which the application currently is and the officer will update that section from time to time. Munamoqel: |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 10:09am On Oct 30, 2021 |
Hello Eclint Understand that a Principal Visa officer can be likened to a senior officer, which means there are Junior officers under him/her or reports to the principal officer.. Hope you understand now.. Peace eclint: |

Thank you so much for responding @makano I applied May 14th and medicals already passed was done upfront. I had a lump sum which was well explained a loan obtained and the loan documents attached and also proceeds from land sales which was also explained properly. My tuition fee was fully paid before the application and receipt included. Should I forward an updated SOA (MBS) plus my co-sponsor's too? I will really appreciate your input. Thank you makano: |

I am July 21st... First applicant This coming new week shall be our week of testimony To your questions, You can send them a proof of your vaccination.. I also did Then since you didn't start lectures sept, send them your new LOA beforehand. God will perfect our applications in Jesus name Viewoliver: |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 10:53am On Oct 30, 2021 |
Hello amiecandle Since you claim you did justice to the reason for the lump sum in your account, let's hope the Visa Officer Is convinced.. And to the bolded, normally I do not advise applicants to submit documents without IRCC requesting for it with the exception of Upfront Medical E-sheet.. But since their is a further review on your POF, then you can go ahead and forward an updated SOA.. Peace amiecandie: |

I just noticed that this same number (AH03849) is tagged as "Created by" in my Gcms note which I ordered in June immediately after my first refusal. I was refused for personal assets and financial status. I guess this particular VO (AH03849) handles most Nigerian applications. makano: |

Ketima:if there was lump sum but the money is still there and intact till date,I will advice him to send an updated MBS through webform and mails just to be pro active. this is not compulsory though and it may be tagged as overdoing things by the gurus but in my short experience here ,there is nothing wrong with making the V.O see that u still have ur funds intact |
