O boy na AH3849 dey handle your application o. Please dey pray o. That VO na one kind person. The pre-assesment notes are usually redacted. Besides na the senior officer go decide and na that AH3849. Everything sha looks good info sharing complete. I believe background checks too should be completed. Just a review of your POF is the major update here.
background check is technically only concluded after passport has been stamped oo.i think they still send info to imigration with ur passport but its just to be sure d passport is not fake I guess

Thank you so much.

This my nephew lost his Dad when he was 8 months old. My sister being so young kept him with us and went for her NYSC and she never took him back till she got married to another man.

He has lived with us all through his life. He is just 19 and I left home since he was 5 and do not have pictures of us together.

But I can provide evidence of bank transaction for his WAEC, I send him money too for up-keep, can provide his pictures with my mum and younger sis. I do not just have pictures with him.

I have every document to support pof, can pay his full tuition and buy him GIC. Are these enough? Sorry for the long epistle.
I think if u can do all this, its ok.just let him show evidence of ur relationship with his mom if u can as desert

Hello House

Of recent, we have been having complaints of this particular Visa Officer (AH03849), of how he/she refuses applications for no just reasons.. I do not wanna believe this Visa Officer is all about refusals, so I want us to do our home work as regards his/her operation and it will take our cooperation here to achieve this..

Now, this goes to the applicants here that were approved, and this will be like a give back from you to the thread that has helped you get your Visa. Now please order for your GCMS notes and when its ready share with us on this thread, let us see if this is the same Visa Officer(AH03849) that approved your application or not...

With this, we will also know if this particular Visa Officer is in charge of Nigerian applicants.. I know the approved applicants will say what is the point of ordering my GCMS notes when I have already gotten my Visa, please note you are doing the good of this thread that has blessed you with so much information prior to the time you got your Visa..

On behalf of this thread, I appeal to the approved applicants here to order for their GCMS notes, so we can carry this survey on the operation of this particular Visa Offier..

I know these Officers are watching us here, so let us make a point..

Peace
I think those in Canada already can help with this as its easier wen u r already in Canada to order 4 ur notes

Hello Canfulfilment

Since you have the bolded, it will be very useful in backing up your claims.. And as per the pictures, since you don't have a personal picture with, I wanna believe you have pictures with your mum and your younger sister who is his mother I assume.. You can upload those pictures and explain to the Visa Officer of your relationship with them..

Pay his full school fees, you can create a GIC account for him since you are in Canada, and also you can send his living expenses to his Account.. Just make sure you do everything possible to show that you will truly be financially committed to him all through his studies in Canada...

Peace
sorry sir, he cant create a GIC account for him as only the recipient can do that.My brother wanted to do that for me but could not.what u will do is tell him to open a Domiciliary account and send the money for GIC to that Domiciliary account. pay a little over the money cos there will be interbank and offshore charges.then let him open a GIC account and transfer the money for his GIC to CIBC.
note that when he is submitted his proof of funds ,he should attach his Domiciliary account statement to show that u sent the money from Canada for that GIC and he should indicate it in his letter of explanation in the proof of fund section.also u must state it in ur letter of support /sponsorship that u have demonstrated ur willingness to sponsor him by paying his school fees and sending him money to pay for his GIC cos according to the bank rules,u could not pay it directly urself .only the applicant /customer can.

Hakim I have gone through your posts and I can see the VO claimed that you statement and what you earn from your job doesn't add up. I am guessing you did not submit pay slips, also when scanning bank statement digitally label each statement. For example your salary acc, when you scan it label it salary account so they can see salary payments. Business account label it, sponsors account label. See these VOs can get stressed or irritated when things are not well put together. Print bank statement of one year each and in addition to tuition pay for GIC if you can afford to. In your LOE, use sub headings and or subsections, one of them should be finance. Make it detailed but concise at the same time. From both refusals it is obvious finance is the main worry and they believe you are mobile. Make a section to talk on your ties to Nigeria, tell them things about your current living situation, family and other key things. Don't "over disclose nor under disclose".
HakHim:

I submitted my own statement of account and his own... So I am to still pay and he will still assist. I submitted his ID, his CAC, his landed properties.... I took pictures of me and him. I told them how my dad sponsored him through school so he is just returning the favour. So I also put in my own statemtnof account I. Co sponsor as well.

Hello Boss!
Congratulations on your visa approval. I really appreciate your immense contribution to this platform. May you find favor in Canada.

I am 20th July applicant ( Second application)
Eligibility started on 1st October
Classes startef on 8th September and I deferred my admission to fall 2022 since the only starting date for my program is fall.

Please I would like to get your opinion on these:
1. Am fully vaccinated, would it be necessary at this point to forward my vaccination certificate to IRCC through webform or email?

2. Should I notify IRCC of my updated LOA now or I should wait until decision is reached on my visa application. Don't u think that notify them with the new LOA will delay my PPR?

I will be much grateful for ur response. I will also appreciate response from other gurus in the house.
Thank you and God bless you all.
what I said was a suggestion, not compulsory but may have an impact to show that u r indeed ready.so u may send it through webform as ur application is already due since it's a 2nd application and its past 3 months already.

sending ur updated letter of admission will not delay ur application, infact they may even request for it if they want to give u ppr and realize that ur letter of admission is already expired so u may or may not send the updated LOA but I think its neccessary sir.since ur eligibility has started early this month,I think they are close to a decision so please keep sending those mails and webform so they dont sleep on ur application. Hope u tackled d reasons 4 ur refusal though

Hello great men and women of this forum.

Please I am struggling so hard to compress my documents to 4mb and place it in Client Information Sections. I have used all compressors but it remains above 4mb and the print has faded greatly.

It is possible to take some information to other sections? For instance, scanned passport, my travel histories, stamps pages and attached it in the section requesting for PASSPORT.

Also attach mybankStAtement, GIC, School fees payment receipt, my Company CAC document and employment history in my MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT SECTION.

If I do that, I can comfortably compress others in my CLIENT INFORMATION SECTION.

What are your opinions?

Hello Jolly

Nairobi is responsible for 90% of Nigeria study Visa applications, meaning they don't work on all applications from Nigeria..

Other Offices that attend to a few of Nigerian applications are Accra, Lagos, and London.. That is why I advise any applicant sending messages for his/her delayed application should not only send to Nairobi, but also to Lagos, London, and Accra..

From 2016 or so to 2018 , ACCRA was the Principal IRCC Office for Nigeria study permit applications before Nairobi took over in 2019 till date, so it's possible Accra still attends to a few of Nigeria study permit applicantions..

But from my research, the ACCRA office attends to Express Entry Applications from Nigeria Applicants...

Peace

The sections you mentioned are exactly where those documents are meant to be placed. Even when you click the question mark on each, it explains what is expected there....so go ahead and re arrange so you can have legible compression on the 4mb required for client information.

Hello All,

I'm considering opening a GIC account considering the exchange rate now and what it might likely be next year. Again as is hard to get PTA on a one Way without scholarship.

Now,

1). can 1 pay for GIC using form A?

I'm reading it up from their site but need a first hand experience answers from my able Sirs and Ladies.

Thanks

With the steady increase of dollar against our Naira, I think it would be a great idea if you can open GIC account number.

It will take miracle for Naira to gain lots of strength again dollar in the next 1year.

Please as regards the highlighted, all this your docs, are the all that important to your application?

IRCC knows why the kept the max limit to 4MB. Will a VO who has plenty of other applications to assess be able to go through all this your documents that you yourself is attesting that is so much. Mind you, the complexity of your documents is not a determinant factor in positive decision. But i must be frank with you, the more bulky and complex your application is, the more likely it will take longer time. Is even stated in IRCC website.

Please I encourage you to do some sieve analysis biko.

Just my humble opinion though
