PDP cannot rescue Nigeria

All they did at that convention was to share money (that the governors stole from their states) amongst the useless delegates to induce them to vote in a certain way.

Now when they tell you they cannot fix roads or pay salaries, at least you lot have an idea of how your taxes and federal allocations were spent.

Power is transient.

If you don’t use it well when you have it, someone more crafty will snatch it from you.

Atiku and Saraki may not realize that people do not respect people. They only respect the power and influence. Wike’s influence will wane when he hands over the purse of Rivers State to another person.

Did anyone know that Patience Jonathan’s birthday was last week? That’s how much loyalty disappears when anyone is out of power in Nigeria. There will be no more gridlock when she enters any city in Nigeria. Inside life!

APC will continue to have problems because it's not a single party. Members of defunct CPC will not allow former ACN members topple them in any of the state congresses and vice vesa. Likewise ANPP, and other parties that made it up. Thats why they having 2 to 3 people laying claims to state chairmanship positions. Even the new PDP (nPDP) of Atiku, saraki and co. That was with dem prior to 2015 has left and return back to their root. It's just a matter of time before APC will disintegrate to its former parties

The outcome of the just concluded convention shows that the PDP governors have a firm grip of the party machinery. Therefore, whoever they choose to back will emerge as the party’s presidential flag-bearer in 2023. Atiku may not fly the ticket again in 2023 unless they allow it.
That's not all.

It also shows that the 36 governors have allocated to themselves part of the monies meant for developing their states and providing jobs for the predominantly poor people and are sharing such monies in the name of wooing delegates...

Sadly the so called “youth leaders” like Falz and co. Will not speak on this o , they will not begin aggressively drumming up support for a youth candidate come 2023 but if it’s to incite violence and block toll gate they will rally .

*Minimum wage nkor? Nothing.
*Jobs for the youths nkor? Nothing.
*Many workers and teachers sacked by Wike and reinstated by the courts have not been reinstated and payed. They are sick and dying.
*Many Rivers youths and unemployed and impoverished despite the riches of Rivers state.
*We can all imagine how much of Rivers money Wike dolled out yesterday to woo delegates.

The truth is; as far as naija politics goes, any party in power will be more divided than the party in opposition.

Ones PDP grabs power today you will see the division because everyone will be desperate to chop.

Both PDP and APC are the same, just a change of name. Any politician PDP didn't favour runs to APC likewise APC members.

The priority should be the masses but basic family needs like cooking gas, rice, beans, groundut oil etc confirms that the masses are suffering both from PDP and APC.
