I think they use growth and average to put up that number, 18 is the legal age in many countries. I still don't see 18 as a full grown adult.

I was shocked to read the S/Korea just recently increased their AOC from 13 to 18.
18 should be the normal age. That is the average most kids finish high school, get admission or get their first Job. The age where most of them begin to experiment with drugs, drinking, parties and Sexual activity.

In Japan and Niger,it is 13.
In Brazil,it is 14.

But for me,it should be 21 sad
