Atiku would be the next president if APC present any Southerner as candidate aside Jonathan. Tinubu, Osibanjo and other interested persons from the South do not have grassroot electoral popularity in the North compare to Goodluck Jonathan.

Atiku and Tinubu will share southern votes

But up north , you just gotta give it to Atiku because the northerners don't like and trust Tinubu.

Only a fool would think the north would vote Tinubu over Atiku

The Northerners don't like and trust Atiku either.

And do not forget the Buhari power in the North. If Tinubu and Buhari enter into the same agreement they entered in 2015, then only the Igbos will vote massively for PDP. And we all know how predictable the Igbos are.

And with the fuckups of Makinde in the eyes of Ibadan people, I don't see PDP beating APC in the 2023 presidential election.

In fact, PDP is dead in both the North and Southwest of Nigeria.

Some of you people are noobs when it comes to politics.. Is Atiku loved in North where he is from?

Would Buhari CPC sacrificed their ideology for Atiku's presidency even for the fact that both of them are like water and oil, abi what made Atiku to left Apc?

Can Atiku defeat Tinubu in Southern region?

Tinubu has made so many people who they are today irrespective of region, religion, party, who Atiku help?

You are obviously a political neophyte and need to be taught politics. Atiku won APC in the last presidpresidentialntial election in the South. Tinubu as APC candidate and Atiku as PDP candidate will be a sure bet defeat for APC. Buhari who has lost his popularity with the masses in the North cannot bequeath Tinubu his followership in the North. Tinubu is only sure of South West vote. Obviously, East and Niger Delta will not vote Tinubu as pay back for punishing Nigeria with Buhari and going against their candidate Jonathan in 2015. North Central ravaged with herdsmen fighting indigenous people of the Middle Belt to establish Fulani emirate in their area will not vote APC again, the APC government of Buhari obviously takes sides with the invading force of murderous Fulani herdsmen. The North East Atiku's region want President by all means, they will naturally vote their son over Ahmed Tinubu. North West the hot bed of religious fanaticism will be divided into two, one will vote Atiku for the mere sake he is from the North and a Muslim while the remaining will vote Tinubu for the sake of Party. So u see how the election will flow. Tinubu is sure of only South West and half of North West. Atiku is married to Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba and will appeal voters with that. The election will go PDP with Atiku if APC gives it to Tinubu. Remember that in last election, the gap between the most popular politician Buhari was just about 2 million votes with Atiku scoring I think 12 million votes

Atiku is a rich man, so he can take care of his wives and children.

He will give them the best things of life.
Where tribe and religion become a factor is where favouritism creeps in.

In other words, if justice, fairness, and equity become the fulcrum of leadership in Nigeria, the country will be a lot stable.

Despite their huge population, countries like the US, China and Brazil have done well for themselves. It's not magic; people just need to be treated justly, fairly and equitably.

So, it is Jonathan who has electoral popularity in the North?

The only way Jonathan can win again is if the country decides (for the sake of peace) to bypass any of the major ethnic groups and gift the minority the presidential seat.

Tinubu will not win votes in Igboland and the Niger Delta. Northerners perceive Tinubu as too powerful, crafty and strong willed, just like Obasanjo. They will vote whoever is opposing him.

Atiku, you did yourself a world of good by choosing wives from all corners of Nigeria. I can say without equivocation that marriage is far from nation state. You can be great In-law to Ndigbo and overly welcome to the Republic of Igboland. In fact, you could be granted citizenship in Igboland too however the need of self determination by Ndigbo outweighs everything the shithole called could offer. You can seek the phantom unity with people who do not see the evil in the silly One- Nigeria but Ndigbo.

Atiku comparing his family with Nigeria diversity Is he normal ?

This is what most past and present leaders have always been saying “our strength is in our diversity”

Unfortunately you can’t achieve development, peace and progress with a diversity coerced by force by fire with the barrel of gun

This Diversity can only achieve little or no development, progress and peace. With one section of the country lord over other sections and no equality in justice.

Where is the progress, peace and unity ?
Yve said it all.. these guys can't be trusted

I hate the way you are making me seem as if helinues and his Commander-in-Thief of Lagos are my friends. Both Atiku and Tinubu are thieves. But, I can't see Atiku defeating Tinubu now. Look at this analysis:

- Both of them are thieves and can't get any genuine support from anyone. That's 0 - 0
Both of them are rich and can buy over any number of selfish Nigerians. That's 1 - 1
- Tinubu is in the ruling party. That's 3 - 0 in his favor.
- A Northerner can't succeed a Northerner as President. That's 10 - 0 in favor of The Tinubu Team.
- Nigerians now suspect the average Fulani. That's 0 - 20 against Atiku.
- Tinubu has some fake but still cult following in his home - far more than what Atiku has in his home.

Re: Atiku: United Nigeria Possible, It Happens In My Family by angelfallz(m): 10:03am On Nov 05, 2021
You are right. We also can not achieve development, peace and progress with a diversity in which the various ethnic nations that make up Nigeria don't have control over their resources, security, revenue, education etc.

We need to change our system of government to a system that allows the diverse ethnic nations that make up Nigeria to be in control of their own destiny. We need Fiscal federalism, we need to restructure Nigeria!

Southern region? You gotta be precise na...

In South West Atiku can't win Tinubu but in South East and South-South surely Atiku will certainly win Tinubu hands down reason they votes for party not individuals and BTW North is 60% Atiku as well.
