I think Penuelseun has answered you. Remember that with 5e, your dish is facing the sky directly.
Install your C band LNB and use TVC frequency and symbol rate (3701H, 5000SR). Skew ur LNB initially
at the 2 o'clock position, if it doesn't work, use 10 o' clock position. Move slowly from west to east while
gently rocking your dish up and down. Be patient and you will hit signal.

Is there possibility of obstruction from trees or fence since it is facing the sky? My dish is located near the fence. I will give it another shot tomorrow.

₦2000 can't even cover transportation in Lagos locations these days talkless of you wanting to pay ₦2000 for transportation and Labour.

It's either you DIY or be ready to spend at least ₦7000. (₦2000 transportation and ₦5000 labour)

To me I feel he would be wasting the potential of this dish because of AIT that Aluminum antenna can deliver or instead buy a free TV decoder that has 40 stations for #1500 sub a year.

Use Antenna for AIT. Use the 1.8m Dish to get 68e cband and get BBC, CNN, Aljazeera, Sky News, and lots more for foreign news using Powervu or any auto roll powervu decoders e.g CSat. On the same dish you can add 16e, 26/28e,42e for TVC and 51e
