Depends on your cash flow

no way is 9% of 98k equal to 39k. Do your maths well.

Please I borrowed 98k and I’m told to pay 36k extra. Making it a total of 134k not 137k please.
I’m paying 9% extra every month for 4months.

High risk loans attract high interest rates in any part of the world. You think they're foolish for giving you a loan despite having very little information about you?? If you want zero interest, go and borrow from your friends. If you want decent or low interest, go to a bank and present your collateral e.g.CofO. If you don't have any of these, then be ready to pay.
Are you sure you live in Nigeria? I don't think so.

You're one of the shameless debtors.
Lol loan apps are illegal but you all run to them for loans, why didn't you ask your family members for the money or why didn't you go to a bank for the loan?
Nobody forced you into taking these loans, if you felt the interest is outrageous, why didn't you just delete the app.
Why take a loan you know you won't be able to pay back? Doesn't that make you a criminal?
If everyone payback when they feel like it, how long before the company folds up?

As an idiot, you are unlikely to know that you are working for Chinese criminals. I can't be one of your debtors. Failure to pay back a loan is a civil matter, you do not violate any criminal laws by not paying. On the other hand, using money generated illegally and laundering it by lending it at illegal interest rates is a serious offence. You and your bosses are the criminals and you are guilty of usury and money laundering.

Loan sharks are illegal.

That's why they resort to unsavoury means of collection.

YES O! CALLING SOMEONE A CRIMINAL AND A THIEF IS AGAINST THE LAW. EVEN COMMERCIAL BANKS WONT DO SUCH.
I REPEAT DEFAULTING ON A LOAN ISNT ENOUGH REASON TO CALL SOMEONE A CRIMINAL AND PUBLIC HUMILIATION PLUS DEFAMATION.
WHY SEND SUCH DEROGATORY MESSAGES TO ALL HIS CONTACT, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NEXT OF KIN CONTACTS FILLED THERE IN?
THESE YAHOO YAHOO LOAN APPS WILL SOON BE SHUT DOWN..
THEIR INTEREST RATE IS AGAINST CBN REGULATIONS. THEY BREACH ALOT OF CBN REGULATIONS... JUST WAIT AND SEE

If you borrow money then start avoiding calls and text messages from your lender when it's time to pay because you know you supplied a fake contact address then you are a criminal.

Technically speaking you have absconded with the money!

Instead of you to tell the real story you're here forming victim

If you did not want to be charged extra interest for extra months then you should have repaid the loan on the agreed date. In case you don't know by delaying making payment you are causing the loan company to loose income because you are tying down their money

You are the one who is an idiat!

If it can be established that you willfully submitted false information in order to misinform with the intent to mislead and avoid repaying your loan then it becomes a criminal act because then it means the intention was to commit fraud ab initio!

Stupid goat, next time you need cash go and borrow from your friends!

defulting on a loan does not make someone a criminal on the run. Sending such massages to his contacts to damage his reputation is criminal .even big companies default on loans no big deal. Why not state in the massage that he is owing the said amount

If you default then start avoiding calls etc with the criminal intention of not repaying the loan then you are a criminal because it then means your original intention was to obtain the funds by deception

Let me give U a hint.

When next you want to take loans from these apps, do it with a new phone and separate SIM, put fake contacts in the phone up to 20 of them and apply ,thats all..

If you do something like this in a country like the United States, U.K, Canada on any other country where the law works there is no way you will not go to jail if you're caught because you willingly supplied fake information in a financial transaction so as to obtain and undue advantage!

Good morning.

Mr man, I don’t have to prove anything to you but clarity sake. Let me drop screenshot and let you ponder and tell me where you are wrong. It’s even 9.9% monthly. It’s all there. They never indicated I missed a date. I’m waiting for your investigative response lad.

Thunder fire any idiot telling him to pay. Oga don't pay them. They have defamed you. You shouldn't pay again. Is this how to run loan company? From a short 7 days loan and a very high interest you expect people not to default? If you understood the game well you should have used dummy contacts when applying and tell them to go ahead and message them. All these loan apps must be eliminated from Google play

Yes o,tell them how to run their company because of the 80% share that you have in it.

You are here talking about dummy account, do you take them as fools or you don't know you will drop your bvn.they can even contact your bank. Dey there, you think this is zee world.

Never. I saw 1.5% on their app. I read it over and over before agreeing To further. After the payment was made to my account, I now saw another agreement which shows 9.9% then the deed was done. There was no going back. I just posted it to enlighten someone else out there. I was soliciting for help cos I have been paying it.

This only applies to loan sharks. Don't try it with registered loan apps such as branch, carbon etc. They can get a lien on your bank account
It is applicable to sokoloan, 9jacash, gocash, ncash, 9credit etc and for those collecting loan for the first time. If you have collected before, they already have your contacts

First, they rely on your contacts to disgrace you. Let's beat them at their own game
Steps
✓Download superbackup from playstore
✓back up your contacts using superbackup. Go to file manager> smscontactsbackup>contacts and you will see the backed up contacts as .vcf
✓disable google synchronization or remove your google account completely from your phone
✓delete all your real contacts from your phone
✓download contact generator from playstore and generate as many fake contacts as you want
✓you can now apply for loan from any of the loan sharks using the fake contacts you have generated
✓after successful loan application, delete the loan app from your phone, delete all the fake contacts and restore your real contacts using superbackup and you are good to go
