just decide what u want to achieve with her... if you want to explore her sexually ... let her know quickly... do not lead her on with uneccessary lies. Go straight to the point and tell her what you want. Dont waste her time. Most single mothers are already bitter and broken withing and can be dangerously cold blooded if you try to do anything stupid. Dont be in a hurry to start shouting the "I love you" crap... your approach must be logically rational rather than emotional.

This makes serious sense to me.

My initial intention was just friendship cause she is very intelligent and beautiful. Have we eaten out a few times, we got really interesting. That's how we started to talk emotionally.

We have not had any emotional relation, I have not even told her that I love her.

Although, within me, I would love to start a relationship with her that may lead to settling down. Then she told me about her child.

I am now wondering what to do. I don't want to break the promising friendship.

Dont give her false hope by trying to lead her on with what you've told her already... you've to be bold and tell her what you think now that she has opened up about having a child. She told you about it so u can be sure of ur intentions and decisions with her. If you continue with her without saying anything about what she told u, she will assume u dont have a problem with it.
