My point is this.. People talk down on African countries without knowing that these stable african countries are goldmines now. Because the average Nigerian doesn't have much value to give, he only sees looking for jobs.
Traditionally, I read mass communication. Today, I operate in the tech world. My head is full of ideas and I'm lunching my first application next year.
U can be in a stable country and mill people in developed worlds. I don't have problem with anyone seeking for employment. My problem is how majority of Nigerians see those who seek to be in a stable developing African country as f*ols. Like once it is not America or Europe, u are seen as f*ol because the average Nigerian thinks of looking for jobs..not too many thinks of creating jobs.

That made me write this comment. I made a thread asking which African capital that I can migrate to. I stated that I wasn't looking for jobs. I just want security, stability and peace of mind with basic things like electricity, water, road, and sanity.
People bounced on me on why I didn't choose America or Europe and talked down at my choice. Made no sense at all.
Some of us aren't looking for jobs we just want where we won't get kidnapped

I saw your thread and my best response will be Botswana and Namibia depending on which Internet speed is faster. However, the reality is that most people will always seek jobs and there's nothing wrong with that. Even highly skilled Hong Kongers who accepted the UK's offer of citizenship and are currently in Britain are seeking jobs. Everyone cannot be an entrepreneur. Now, those stable African countries have ridiculously high unemployment rates. After Namibia is Nigeria on the unemployment ranking globally. Same for Botswana and even Ghana. There's a serious unemployment issue across Sub-Saharan Africa and tech isn't the only solution. So when folks are interested in those countries but ask for employment opportunities, they are right in doing so. When compared to Poland where jobs are readily available, it's not surprising why they omit African countries. Also, your aspect of entrepreneurship can be suited in those stable African countries not others who might require high end machinery, huge land for cultivation or sophisticated.

Regarding Ghana, I would rather recommend countries in Southern Africa because they are farther away from Nigeria. I say so because the day Nigeria will implode, which will happen very soon, the aftermath will be felt across West Africa. What happened in Afghanistan and Syria will child's play to what will occur in West Africa's budding Afghanistan.

The problem with most of you Nigerians is that u just want jobs. Guy, if u live in a stable country with electricity, good roads, security, go and create a job.
All you Nigerians are looking for where to pick a job. Go and create a job pls and stop stressing any country..
This is why I will always prefer a stable african economy to any developed worlds. I create jobs and not seek for job. Seeking for jobs mounts pressure on any country.. Creating jobs help.
The only reason I don't like Nigeria is her instability.
Aside that, there are stuff to create and move.
The black man is kinda struggling because he can't create. Every time na jobs una dey look for. And worse part is that majority of these people always disturbing us with "is there job there?" don't even have any competent skill or profession. They are people with almost zero value to add to any society.
That is why Chinese go to where u guys can't go. Because the Chinese aren't always looking for jobs. They are looking for where to invest.
The average black person is mentally weak that is why he can't create. Always looking for who Wil give him something.
I have pulled over 35k dollars under 3 years from scratch after I learnt animation.
Adding software development to it and target pulling over 30k under a year from next year.
I provide web of tech services and build solutions for africa markets and the world. I think creation and not being a liability to countries.
Make una rethink as Nigerians.

I am touring Accra now and I'm impressed..

With constant electricity and relative peace in this city, it is attractive for anyone who thinks creation and solutions. That is why many foreigners are trooping to create buisness.

Nigerians must be taught how to create and solve problems.
I'm a Nigerian and I have decided to create and solve problems.. And I'm considering leaving Nigeria because of the security tension here. I'm only considering stable african cities..

All I need is stable electricity, water, good roads, security, I'm okay.

can u guide on how to get jobs and nake income with an animation skill?? i know someone who needs this kindly.

I made it clear that I wasn't looking for job. I just want peace, electricity, stability, that is all. And that I just want Africa. Then u have people who will look at u like are u okay?

The truth of the matter is Africans must learn to create. That is the only way they can create more jobs. Govt don't create much jobs. They only create the environment for citizens to create jobs. The more jobs citizens create, the more employment they offer.
It hurts me seeing people talk down at u because u chose to create.

And like i said, many of these Nigerians don't even have competent skills or profession to offer. That is why they end up becoming a problem to many of these societies they migrate to.
We need to encourage our seleves to create.

You are an idiot for making such a statement and also comparing Nigeria and a country like China.

Will they create Jobs with empty hands?
Will they create job that in this kind of a toxic and unbalanced economy where foreign exchange alone can eat up all their naira?

Oga think before you spill trash

Oga, then don't criticize those who create. That is my point. All most Nigerians see is seek, seek and not create.. That is why they don't see reason when someone don't want to go to Europe or America. I made a thread and said I need an African capital to move to and my priority is peace, stability, electricity. I don't want America or Europe and people talked down at me. Talked down at the choice, why? Because they only see looking for jobs.

I created a job for my self. So, for calling me an id*ot. U can see that I'm not. If we have more Nigerians creating sustainable offers for them selves, we will have more jobs.
I'm not against anyone seeking for jobs but pls don't talk down at those who are seeking to move to stable countries in Africa. Some of us know how to create. Have a nice day.

Polish citizens are only leaving cause the euro has more value than the polish zloty. Seriously white-collar poland to lagos. Nigeria as a whole doesnt have up to 1000 open vacancies atm and the pay is 30 to 50k on average and thats lagos. Outside lagos you see salaries of 7k, 5k, 10k and 15k. Just using linkedin alone, poland has more than 10000 open white collar vacancies. This is just tech and linkedin. I have not added indeed, I have not added polish local job sites.

Over a 100k vacancies in poland for a population of 37 million and just 6000 in Nigeria for a population of 200 million and growing

You want to use your own money to buy pains and agony.

If you are coming abroad, make sure you come with your working permit otherwise your poverty and frustration ll be so loud that your family ll cry on your behalf.

If you have a working permit from Nigeria, you ll be fine.

Don’t believe what you see

Wise up!

If you relocate to Cameroon which is an African nation,1.8m will go for 3bed room accomodation ,how much then will you be left with to process stay permit and other things.. Going to Europe with 3m will impoverish you ,except you have a link there who is ready to support you. Don't try UAE because the place is another terrible zone.. the day they caught for breaking their stringent rules is the day they schedule you for deportation without permitting you to go with any of your belongings..hussle for life more in Naija and who knows if you are a billionaire like Obi Conaba and co

Maybe I should reword it to say: "But for the fact that they are part of the EU would have been no different from many African countries economically".
Believe me there are lesser opportunities and severe unemployment or underemployment
with very low pay in some Eastern European countries on the same scale as that of more than a few African countries.
Hungary, Poland, Greece and the likes, should thank their stars they are part of the EU.

Their pay is still better than that of African countries. Also, they have a working system and an environment that exposes one too many opportunities.

Let's stop consoling ourselves.

African leaders has failed the continent.

That is none of my business. My business don't condemn my choice of moving to a stable african country. Is that hard to understand?

And yes, I had no resources. I only learnt animation from the internet and resigned after working for a while. Fetched over 35k dollars under 3 years with a skillset I learnt from YouTube.
I also paid for software development class and will be adding that to my services come next year. Building a brand that provide software and content solutions for clients in first world while I stay in stable developing economy.. Creating content to look into African's game industry, animation tales and working with others.
It is only when u create that u can solve employment problem.
