You people talk like you know it all. First, I am not defending this guy due to the fact that we are currently facing the menace of Yahoo boiz, ATM theft which I was a victim of like 3 months ago.
Access bank is still shielding the identity of the fraudster up till this moment. All my mail requesting for documents that was needed to have access to the footage of the withdrawal by the fraudster were not replied. No thanks to CBN for their lack of interest in my case.
In a nutshell, wether that guy is a fraudster or legit husler o e no concern EFCC because as a young man living in this hell called country you are automatically a fraudster for possessing such amount.

Did I mentioned I know it all? I only mentioned my experience and also the effort I made to know why.

Like I mentioned i used to work in a Bank and they made us do test on Anti-Money Laundry and other compliance and risk test every year (I hated the tests then)

Their are ways to get this banks do their job. First do a mail to the bank and copy CBN, then go on Social Media tag the bank and allow people to drag them. Trust me they will privately contact you to resolve the issue.

But while you are at this just make sure you were not careless on your part cos Banks always warn people to be careful and protect their ATM.

I wanted to receive money from somebody who owed me for months, he could not tanager into my existing account due to network and I didn't have his bank so I opened one online, instantly, got account number and he made the transfer.... I only went when I need the money to regularise my account and transferred to another account... They didn't ask me how or why.. Never used them before.... And I am. Not talking thousands

The reason why Nigerians do well in academics abroad is because after all the suffering, strikes, lecturers wickedness, lack of adequate teaching equipment, outdated syllables and other negative vices prevalent in the Nigerian education system, on getting abroad where you have everything you need to succeed, why won't you do well?

If you were not taught well in primary school, secondary school and higher institution in Nigeria how will you suddenly become a genius abroad?
