Kindly report the matter to the police, u can simply state threat to your sisters life as the offence.

In one of the days your sister calls you, or u go to separate the fights, record the calls, asking for details where she will mention the guys name beating and what he is doing to her, also make video record as evidence when u go to settle them.

With this, you can take to the police while making the report.

Simply inform your family if what you have observed in them and they should advice her to withdraw from the relationship

If she insist, leave her in the relationship

Is either she enjoys the relationship or she regrets the relationship

There are some certain decisions or advise you give to people base in the danger you have seen in the relationship
