You're right, it's not that hard, the challenge is mainly finding the right names that end users wil see value in. That's the hardest part to me, I've been trying to crack it but honestly, I'm still learning.

Take note:
Domain flipping is not a get rich quick business. It takes times. Don't expect too much in the beginning.

You need knowledge. You can do that by reading this thread or contact op for training (not free).
Start practicing what you learned. Don't register more than 2 domain at a time so that your portfolio won't be fill with domain that nobody will buy.

According to Dan sometimes ago, they'll process SAV transaction if authorization code is available (and transfer out is possible at that moment). But they will not facilitate push to another SAV account.

Bro. Paying on instalment is something I adopted early this year and not bad so far.
I have 3 sales currently running on instalment on DAN. So far, none of them have defaulted in paying. If they default, I have my domain back so its a win situation for me. The picture attached is the instalment payment of $151 I received with bitcoin 3 days ago.
Also, there is a markup (interest) on instalment option. Like in this case, the buyer will be paying $4578 ($109 * 42 months) instead of $3500.

I will advice you to be on the look out. If the present owner refuses to renew it. The domain will be pending delete around January or there about. If I were you I will backorder it.
Just from now keep on checking the status of the domain if you have a chance.
I once had similar scenario like that. And eventually backorder the domain and have it sold.

Congratulations man. Just wondering why you accepted 42 installments! It's too much in my own opinion. The beauty of big sales is to get your money once and use it for something tangible. In this scenario now, you would be receiving like 100 bucks monthly. But it's okay if you're comfortable with it anyways. More blessings.
