Good day Nairalanders. I need your opinions please. Don't know what's up with my skin these days cry
Noticed something like a patch on my hand and Abs last week but I ignored it bcus it wasn't visible.
But Now it's worsening daybyday and giving me great concerns. Pls fam and Experts in the house what's your take on this and how can I make it clear off Pls? Any opinion on this will be greatly appreciated embarassed
Bro if you can afford it, go to a hospital...if not meet these hausa people, show it to them and they’ll mix a brown soap for you...it’s been helpful to me too plus my mum is a nurse and she said it’s caused by a kind of ant bite that takes time before appearing on the skin...i had some drugs i had to chew. Does it sometimes itch you especially after bathing?

Tinea corporis( Ezcema).

Topically oral antifungal such as Ketoconazole would be useful.

Thanks for your enlightenment, but look at those pics much intently - are you sure that's not ringworm? The pic of his torso - I think 100℅ that's ringworm.
But I admit the other pics look like tinea versicolor because the patches are lighter than surrounding skin. Or maybe the OP actually is infected with the two skin conditions.
shosky1794:
That's tinea versicolor. Go get ketoconazole drugs and cream(Nizoral is better). It should clear off in about 2 weeks.

Seems the reaction of toning cream, change the cream or buy new one if you have been using it for long but this one might be production issue then buy cacatin to rub those places after a month there must be difference.
Re: Nairalanders Help! Don't Know What Is Happening To My Skin! by sirkendeman: 6:47pm On Nov 14, 2021
My guy you better visit a dermatologist. The one on your hand is not of much concern, it appears like eczema but the one on your body is a serious case. I don't want to mention the name of the disease I feel you have to avoid negative reactions but there may be more to that skin disease than meet the eye. So I advice you go see a dermatologist first.

Stop using fashion soap, go for antiseptic soap and also stop using cream. Go for natural or organic and you will be ok
