As an international student, the best option to select as your BRP collection center is your university. You will likely obtain your BRP faster through your university that you were admitted to.

this is very confusing I had to send them another mail telling them that they me a conditional offer, in which I paid and the payment was confirmed by the school.

Please what is the best time to make ihs and visa payment, tried it twice, payment declined, same card has been used to make uk visa payment recently.

If it was conditional offer given to you. You're not supposed to pay any deposit without fulfill the conditions.
You can only pay deposit with Unconditional offer.

why are you wasting your precious time with a school who has refused to give you offer letter. 3wks is too long. Apply to other school sharply before you lose all your admission for Jan 2022.

Non-straightforward mail followed by mail requesting evidence of my work history or study in the last 3 years, same day.
Decision Mail - 15th Nov.
Passport Collection mail - 15th Nov.
Passport collected for all of us 16th Nov.
