Anywhere you are going to stay, include that in your ArriveCAN or when asked, you say, you have a place to yourself where you can quarantine if need be . All they need is address and I’m certain they won’t ask since you are vaccinated, I wasn’t asked at poe. That’s all about having quarantine plan. Tinakem: 2 Likes |

I have come back to give God all praise . I applied on May 14.. upfront Medical 20th I applied with my son of 6 yrs.. Although I am traveling with my 2 kids but the younger 1 has a US passport so I only indicated in my SOP that I’ll be traveling with him. I did medicals with my 2 boys I got a request for more documents in September. And my Son’s PPR came in yesterday and mine just got in now. I started online already since September as this semester is done online only. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this success 43 Likes

Hello Ruby The bolded is not totally correct.. The normal procedure is that IRCC will send Medical request to an applicant when eligibility has been passed, but because of the delay in IRCC sending Medical request, applicants took it on themselves to go for an Upfront Medical to avoid the delay of medicals... So you doing upfront medicals before or after the submission of your application depends on you.. If you do it before, you will need to submit the E-medical sheet with your application and make sure you state in your form/SOP/LOE that you have done your Medicals and you have attached the E-MEDICALS to the other documents you are submitting.. If you do it after, you will need to submit the E-MEDICAL SHEET to IRCC via Webform and also Email, and make sure your UCI and application number is stated in the content of your mail.. Do you need to be quarantined again, since you have been fully vaccinated? Just inform them you have been fully Vaccinated, the quarantine plan should not apply to you though.. Applicants that have been fully Vaccinated before leaving Nigeria can confirm this please.. Peace Tinakem: |

Sweetness24: Through my Gcms notes I discovered that my marriage certificate and the kids birth certificates was not received. So they asked for that and also authorization letter from hubby to travel with the kids . |

I did biometrics in Lagos Documents I am to include My original passport, 2 coloured copies of passport, the slip and consent form given when I did biometrics in Lagos … What I do not understand… I am to download another consent form online and sign right? Jojorito007: How I sent my Passport to Abuja. I did my Biometrics in Lagos but I sent my passport to Abuja, So I had to pay a transmission fee of NGN 8,920 to this account CANADA LOGISTIC COLLECTION ACCOUNT (a/c no 0065165839) sterling bank. I bought a fresh brown envelope and added the following documents, so follow: - Your International Passport itself (That your passport !!) - Print only 1 copy of the transmission fee payment receipt and put in your envelope - 2 copies of your passport data page (I printed it in colored copy) - Those stapled papers that was given to you after the completion of your Biometrics (put them as it is [original copy] not the photocopy) - The PPR letter (1 copy) - 1 copy of the Consent form (I filled and signed the second page only) . Download the consent from here: https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/dominicanrepublic/pdf/Consent-Form-TTS-English.pdf - A plain sheet of paper where you can write your address and phone number (this is not really needed though, but I added it) NOTE: I paid for 2 ways Courier at DHL and insured it to and fro 2 courier means: As I am sending my passport to Abuja, I want Abuja to send back my STAMPED passport to the address I stated on the Courier 1 Like |

I sent my passport to Lagos VAC, and I could track from the courier's end that they've delivered the package. How soon will I hear from VAC? They recently approved my application for a study permit. How may I apply for Spousal Open work permits and a visiting visa for my spouse and child, respectively? Is there a thread you could point me to, what things could increase the chances of approval for them, and every other information to achieve success? Any helpful information will be very much appreciated. Thanks. |
