Igbo really need to change from their old way. Not only Yoruba or Hausa people don't give their property to igbo but igbo to igbo doing the same thing to themselves.
Meanwhile, most HAUSA/FULANIs residing outside their territory rarely rent apartments. We all know how they move with kettles and mats. They constitute nuisance in the streets and deface major cities with this attitude.
What if we insist they rented quality apartment?

The YORUBAS
We know the yorubas are not different too.
MOST sleep in their Buses and Taxis.
Go to Port Harcourt & other southern states and see these things for yourselves.

Of the 3 MAJOR TRIBE, it's only the IGBOS that strive to rent optimal apartments... And if they are failing in that responsibility now, it's most likely the effect of the economic hardship of Nigeria.
STATISTICALLY,
Igbos travel the most, which we all know.
So, most Landlords are likely to entertain IGBO tenants than any of these 3 tribes.
I have always assisted citizens from every part of Nigeria but pinning this on the Igbos is totally absurd. Whoever came up with such has got deep-seated hatred for the IGBOS.

I have assisted other tribes than the IGBOS on this platform. We all know the TRIBE that requests for most online monetary assistance.
We may not want to denigrate them.
It's not necessary at all. That will be CHILDISH & totally Inhuman as it negates pro-life.
However, their NAMES & Account Details will always speak for them.

Again we all know the TRIBE that gives others headache through wrong number calls across Naija, yet we smile, and walkaway.
What if I decide to create a THREAD, where only NIGER-DELTANS will get financial assistance?
How will people see me?

It has been the long practice of Igbos to rent an apartmemt and bring more occupants attimes they number up to 20 in one room and end up destroying the entire building and neighborhood.. I don't know if they think they are wise or something but such mindset won't let anyone rent his/her property out to you.

They can relocate a whole village into a one room apartment if they get the chance.

Same thing is happening in my neighbourhood ,within 3 months landlords had either evicted or fought atleast 4 seperate Ibo Tennant, it's always their issue at Landlord Tenant meeting
