Do you still remember there's this war between Aguleri and Umuleri, both in the same state , about same time there was Ife Modakeke war and the Tiv-Jukun war. With the level of destruction witnessed those times, no one would have imagined these age long adversaries could resolve their differences some day. So what changed? They had sincere leaders and followers committed to peace.
No matter what we do, there will always be one issue or the other. Delta State has gone through 4 divisions from Western region to Midwest to Bendel now to Delta, Delta State is yet to even meet up with Edo let alone Lagos or become an Eldorado sir. Also, Elzazaky and his wife were held for 2/3 years and despite various bails, FG refused to release them. In all these, there was no single intervention by northern leaders of whatever shape. That’s how they earn their respect by calling any person’s bluff. But Ndigbo will be crying like babies and make it a tribal issue. But when MNK was denigrating PMB, declaring him dead and calling Nigeria a zoo country, Mbazulike Amaechi and his group didn’t and couldn’t restrain MNK. Now that the chicken is roosting at home, Ndigbo are behaving as if MNK is Nnamdi Azikiwe or such a political figure in national life. I feel sorry for the stupidity of Ndigbo."

So we play our game as tribe and politics is concerned in Nigeria and that is why Nigeria is just not moving forward,yet, cases of Industrial matters and others are pilliing up in Industrial Courts,High Courts and Appeal Courts for 9years,10years and above( Decades)in this same Nigeria and the President cannot even have a pressure!
How many Cases are in the cooler in each State of Federation and many have witnessed adjournment,upon adjournment!
When executive wants to hide it's face the language is 'it is in Judiciary Court'
When Legislatures wanted to do evil, we are waiting for the 'Executive Implications'
For Judiciary that should have been the 'hope and friend of Common Man',the Common man is gradually loosing (not)interested ,as justice delayed is Justice Denied'
Many of these Cases are pure technicality!
For instance,did the Employer follow ALL the Procedures in terminating/ dismissal of a Staff, including facing: appearance before the Staff Disciplinary Committee-as enshrined by the Company?
The question now is if any of the Executive, Legislature or even Judiciary family, blood relation or direct children is involved, would the situation remain the same that they would
delay a case(cases) for a decade! No o!
