Bonfrere Jo bibawo...I think ex internationals were behind this shady arrangements and I dont know what Jo wants to offer again....I saw Jo recently with the likes of Kanu,Okocha,Ikpeba,Siasia,Rufai and I remember he was their coach in a ceremonial match that was played in Lokoja Kogi State....possibly they want Bonfrere Jo/Emma Amuneke.

It's a pity Gernot Rohr failed to give us solid team, spending good six years with super eagles with no identity.

Not my pick at all. I think we are old enough to lead ourselves. Enough of the white men experiment. Let us give our local coaches a rotational four years plan. You only keep your role if you perform well in four year and lose your role if you perform poorly in two years. No sack in between that two years.

Amunike goes first.

Obasi had a worse tackle towards the end of the match and the referee refused to give it. If it was Argentina, peee Messi penalty.

By the way Aguero's own looked theatrical.

Can you listen to yourself ,ref gave 2Pk and that’s the origin or cheating on his path ,is it messi fault ,are you not even ashamed of this talk

That’s why some of you want Messi to play in the euros and win it before you will regard him

Yeye confused people

If I where you I will stop capping

I did not say don't give Messi the two penalties. I said don't give him best player for two penalties sake. That was robbery of Mikel.

So, nobody is saying anything about the corrupt politics that Egypt just played at this time. A whole CAF extended the draw for the World Cup only for Egypt to regain a top 5 ranking and be seeded. While we’re here arguing about messi

Are you not a human being that has brought it up now? Or do you call yourself 'nobody'?

If you did not mention it, I had no idea this was going on, so, definitely, it is news to me.

You should try to bring up a topic without trying to demean others who are speaking on a trending topic.

Please, can we talk about this?

Not that whatever we say here will have much impact, but can we talk about the possibility of this happening and what it could mean for us?

Can Egypt realistically gain points to go from #45 to #40 at least? And can Nigeria drop from #36 to #41 by the next ranking?

Because we're looking at a 10-places gap right now, so, one team has to drop 5 places and another, increase 5 places.

Is it possible to drop significantly without playing any games? Also bearing in mind, that most countries have closed international football for the year.

The plan is disingenuous, but can it work?

FIFA President Sepp Blatter has admitted that awarding Argentina's Lionel Messi the Golden Ball for the best player of the tournament at the summer's World Cup was a mistake.

The Barcelona superstar received the award after a subdued performance in the final against Germany. His Argentina side lost 1-0 in extra time.

While Messi had been excellent at times during the competition, scoring four goals, there were seemingly other more deserving candidates for the big award, and Blatter says he thinks the decision was wrong, per AS.

Whenever people want to partake in such shady behaviour, it almost always works against them eventually

Imagine they enter the top 5, only to be paired with DRC, those ones go come win them.

Very shameless of them to want to be this shady.

If they cannot win the teams currently in Top 5, then, they certainly do not deserve that World Cup slot.

The only teams I'm scared of in that Top 5, are Senegal and Algeria, the rest, I no send. I fear Cameroon and Ghana more than I even fear them.

Sincerely speaking I would want to go with u on dis...looking back at d years we av been employing foreign coaches...let us juxtapose deir achievement with our local coaches..is dere any much difference? So y waste tax payers money to bring someone who we can easily get d same quality in here with lesser amount?....henceforth,my support is for a local coach to take over from rohr. smiley

James Rodriguez from Columbia in 2014
Diego Forlan from Uruguay in 2010
I followed that tournament
Probably watched most of the games

Real Madrid went for James after that performance
Madrid ended up destroying that guy’s potential like Mourinho did to Mikel

I don't think is possible, no matter how there intend to ring it to there favour.

Egypt will need a good 29 point to leapfrog Nigeria, and there are about eight countries behind Nigeria.
