The application no longer pops up on playstore and App store...I guess only those who have downloaded it before now can only view and use the app.

The mistake is from the Vaccination site, they must have put in d wrong date. But how is d date wrong? Can you explain better

It's occurred to me and my wife when we scan our vaccination card, it's from their site we had our first dose of moderna on 30th when the scan shows our information it's was on the 31th it shows on our first dose but the second dose is correct . But other informations like name and vaccination card no is correct.


Some raised the issued on here sometime 2 month ago that prompted me to scan ours.

Yes, the TLS app is not on Apple app store

Try and download it through chrome and it will install on your phone because play store didn't have the app

So sorry about this situation. But this our airport sef, couldn’t they just call the vaccination helpline to confirm instead of making them miss their flights

I’ll advise everyone to scan their barcodes and sort out any imminent issue that may occur as a result of missing information or wrong spellings . I scanned mine and discovered name was misspelled, date of birth not there, I called and they sorted it for me.

O Lord... that will require them to now pay lots of money 2 rebook. So so sorry about that. Like what Debieeee said, they are very responsive when you call them. They will sort it out for them. Assuming it was a mistake with name or DOB, that can be updated after u scan the barcode

I doubt it is a glitch. There were some people on this thread who applied on Nov 1st and got their visas around Nov 17th. So it's not strange at all. Quickly wear your slippers and run to TLS office

I got collection mail but tracking shows it’s picked up by applicant. I thought after collection is when this things suppose change to that. Am just concern

Do you mean you got collection email sent to your email address ? If yes is not glitch na real oooo

Where your parents did the biometric ? Ikeja or Vi or Abuja?

I just scanned mine now, I noticed the vaccine batch number was not stated, hope that is not an issue. All other details are accurate.

Same here did biometric on the 28th of September 2021,transferred to DMC same day . Today makes it 47 working days with so many paid call and paid mail the only reply i got from the decision have be made on your application.

My husband has his biometric on the 7th of October 2021 and it was transferred to DMC same day. Today is the 40th working day and no update both refusal and approval .

It’s showing transferred to VAC (this system glitch issue)

They just return your passport with the mail or document stating reason fir denial.

instead of waiting to get the message in your inbox... just search for UKVI, and check your spam messages... it might drop in any folder... just use the search button often.

They actioned a request for withdrawal I did via call last week Thursday night.
I'm glad it successfully came out.
I will apply for UK visa sometime else when it's convenient as my trip on Tuesday is sacrosanct.

I will call them later to find out if withdrawal will be seen as rejection in view of me applying another time.
I will revert with whatever information I get on this.

Also, for those that need PTA, the process has changed. You now register with Treasury monitoring system, fill a form and upload documents before taking it to the bank.
