Inexperience lost Norris this race!

Trust the rain to always bring in some drama and a very interesting race. Sochi track is quite good in that you can overtake at different places but you gotta feel sorry for Lando Norris. He was quite close.


Congratulations to Sir LH. 100 wins no be beans. The best of the best.

It was amusing hearing him tell his engineer to shutup. A great lesson for his future, and he's handling the disappointment very well.

100 WINSSSSS......WOW where do I start? Nah I need time to take this all in first. This is simply incredible. Amazing achievement from one of the greatest Sportsmen of all time.

And then the way Max is driving is just a no no for me. Moving from all over the place all in the name of defending. I was going to be supporting this guy after Lewis retires but nah, he lost my vote on this one.

What do you mean? Hamilton wanted nothing but to overtake and it was clear Max stepped on the brakes a bit too hard.

Post race interview, Max confirmed the team asked him to slow down and enable Lewis overtake. He took off once he realized Lewis got clipped. He also got discouraged once he was given that 5 sec penalty, reason he didn't try to catch up again.

Huge congratulations to Bottas for that last lap win as well.

My question is how do they count the scores or something, all I see is fast races, sometimes they pull up change tires blah blah

Do the time stop for me to change tires? Or why would be I be waiting for one guy whose got to change some tire etc

Another, I read verstappen was instructed to give way for lewis, why? Isn’t it a race, abeg make una gimme “ot” abeg. I love the race and I’d try watch the last grand prix.

Supporting verstappen anyway, well, I heard Lewis had won 6 straight, right?

So many exciting things to look for to this week at Abu Dhabi. The track as been modified to make it faster, the new turn 5 and 9 has been converted to high speed corners, removing the hairpin that was there at turn 5.


I think Mercedes will be faster in the first and second sector, due to long straight they both have, while RB are likely to be quicker in the third sector due to the numerous corners there

1. There are 2 championships in every season i.e., The Constructors championship and the drivers. Separate but very related and points are awarded based on finishing positions on race day. See this https://www.tutorialspoint.com/formula_one/formula_one_racing_points_system.htm

2. Simply put, changing tyres is part of the Teams' strategy, so time does not stop.

3. Drivers could be instructed to give way or give a position back if found to have unfairly gained an advantage in the race e.g., what max did in the last race.
