I can online browse using WiFi.. You know the sim icon won't show signal, so can't browse/calls using the sim

Some people face it with their Google dailer, use a third party dailer for now.

I've used a Tecno pouvoir 3 air and it's there too
Modified- you can post some of the steps you took to delete the 9gb tho

use ES Xplorer, photoblob folder, thumbnails, WhatsApp old backups, MIUI - GALLERY - CLOUD - delete (.TRASHBIN - .CACHE.).... It will pile up slowly as you browse and new files are downloaded.

Also... SETTINGS - STORAGE - CLEAR CACHE.
