213 Billion!!! This can’t be just retail funds. Some institutions may be involved in the loss. Over 200 billion is a lot of money. Many big coys on the stock exchange are not worth that much. |

No Business can constantly give a monthly return of 40%. Any Business/Investment that promises this is a FRAUD. |

emmanuelewumi:Thanks for your respond sir But secondly market rate is not the same as primary market... More so, I can't understand the dirty and clean prices. Thanks |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Neverlosemoney: 5:59pm On Dec 08, 2021 |
emmanuelewumi:Wow….At the current market rate…that is 380million dollar collected from people within a span of 12months. This goes on to show that………. 1. There is Huge money laying around in this country, concentrated in a very few hands. 2. The average Nigerian lacks initiative when it comes to directing money into productive use… 3. Nigerians are naturally greedy people. |

Even if you do money ritual, you can't get above 40% monthly. Any business or investment you are expecting to earn above 20%, just know that greed has taken over such investment and premium tears are inevitable. DontBullshitMe: |

Donbrig:You can say that regarding fixed investments, not business. Some businesses pay well, i earn close to 65% in my business annually. |

Foodempire:Did you monetize your sweat, energy, presence running the business. Did you make provision for your salary and allowances before arriving at the profit. It is impossible for a business managed by a third party to consistently give you an annual return of 30% and above |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ositadima1(m): 6:06am On Dec 09, 2021 |
Foodempire:For a relatively small business, 65% annually is not too much, that is about 4% monthly (compounded). |

emmanuelewumi:Lol, impossible? It's difficult not impossible. Venture capitalists easily 100x their investments. One just needs to be skilled in identifying bankable startups. |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Nobody: 7:40pm On Dec 09, 2021 |
Tobex4realTobex234:For every start up that will give a VC solid returns, the VC would have failed in at least 10. VC is not as easy as just being ‘skilled in identifying bankable startups’. Start ups are very risky and luck plays a big role…Do your research and you will never find any VC that can consistently pick successful startups. It is impossible! |

Even Uber guys will tell you that if you give out your car on hire purchase, the average return is about 12.5% to 13%. Invest eg N2.5 million and get a total of about N3.5 million over a period of 3 years which is about an annual return of 12.5% |

Hi guys, I plan to diversify into an investment with little or no correlation with stocks, REIT comes to mind. please kindly suggest good UK or US REIT for cash flow. Thanks |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Tobex4realTobex234(m): 9:03pm On Dec 09, 2021 |
Lazyyouth4u:Of course, the higher the risk the higher the reward. If the failure isn't high, you think say anybody go they struggle for 7% tbills for here. Even VC's still invest in eurobonds lol. All I'm saying is 1000% is not impossible, it's just harder. |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Itsrm(m): 11:44pm On Dec 09, 2021 |
emmanuelewumi:This is why hire purchase makes no sense. Best is to give out the vehicle on rentals. You make your money in about two years. The vehicle is still yours and since it holds its value quite well, you can sell at a price higher than you bought it. |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by emmanuelewumi(m): 4:37am On Dec 10, 2021 |
Itsrm:Hire purchase is better oo |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by OgogoroFreak(m): 7:46am On Dec 10, 2021 |
Itsrm:Exactly! Rental is the best, if and only if you would be getting the drivers direct from heaven. |
