Bishop Oyedepo is masterful in priming people especially in the area of giving. The entire Shiloh program is just a way to prime people to "sacrifice". And the way he does it is so slick, unless you are not really paying attention you'll think he was talking about anything else but his focus is always on the Shiloh "sacrifice". Then he has added the direct building of churches by individuals meaning the Living Faith organisation will not need to expend as much in establishing new branches.
