Most of our attackers are playing in a new position, they need to adapt and understand themselves, Bruno isnt playing throught the middle, rashford is a second striker no the right winger as per default, Sancho a wide number 10.
Our defence has levelled up, let the attackers adapt.

This is just a blatant lie. The last 2 years of this thread have been littered with posts complaining about how Fred and McTominay couldn’t pass the ball properly or dominate possession. We also heard about how Bruno was to careless and impatient with his passing thereby losing possession unnecessarily.
Ole was our manager all that time.

But the truth still remains: we can't play a possession game with McFred

No flimsy and useless excuse will fly here. Now you have a tactical manager. Give him the same advice like you wrote below. You already told us the squad is good enough to challenge for major trophies

Ole is where most of the issues lie. Even the much maligned Fred that I have take plenty of shots at does not deserve the bashing.

Ultimately, Ole has not implemented a system that allows these players to function well as a team, which is why we struggle when we face well organised teams. The team is over reliant on individual brilliance. If match winners dont win you the game we have nothing.

We dont have a manager that will hide your weaknesses while enhancing your strengths. Only Ole seems to need world class players in every position to succeed.

That squad is good enough to seriously challenge for major trophies. No other manager in the league has a squad full of world class players but the best managers are making it work and hiding their weaknesses.

If you honestly believe this team can't play possession game against the Norwich of this world, then we shouldn't have sacked Ole.

If our defenders (Telles, Maguire,Lindelof and Dalot) can distribute passes better than our central midfielders (McFred) then we can't play possession football.

Whether Rangnick fails or not, I don't think it vindicates Ole...

I will share my opinion on Rangnick after 10-15 games because I expect the players to be pumped up for his first 5 games or thereabout so, I won't read any meanings to it...

One area I want to see a change is in midfield, McFred against Norwich is a big NO for me, VDB has to play alongside one of the twins. We need to start dominating games. I watched Liverpool vs Villa and whilst they won by a line goal, they attacked up until the final whistle. Liverpool and City create a lot of chances because they are always on the front foot and attack in numbers...

How can you blame a player that had the highest attempted and successful passes for the team's inability to keep the ball? Why?

For a midfielder, keeping the ball is not just passing it when it gets to you, your ability to receive the ball, spin your marker and pass is key to breaking down the opposition...

Go and watch Busquets, Xavi, Alonso, Modric etc and you'd see how they help their team retain possession as well as initiate attacks by taking out 1 or 2 opposition players either through a quick turn, spin or raking long passes from deep...

Losing possession is not the problem, losing possession like a fool is the problem. Bruno has to work on his decision-making. I'll keep saying it until he starts making more sensible decisions than stupid ones when picking a pass.
