Just spoke with a call agent in the embassy, he said as a student i always qualify for emergency visa, so whats the way like this when everywhere don dey booked?

You are right. I heard some agents are getting interview dates for people even in this December sef

Na dem know as dem dey take run am

Please are there schools which can offer fully funded Masters or PhD scholarship to applicants with bachelor degree in Law?

That option can only be done after gotten visa and got to USA and not going to embassy with it for visa interview
