During the lockdown, everybody's finances dwindled. Not all but most people. We were affected too but we were very happy that we would have more time to spend together. We both were working from home then, especially me. Before the lockdown started, we stocked the house, we did DSTV subscription (a few months) I bought board games and said, "Game on!"

We don't ever get tired. I'm an introvert, but if I'm with him, I become a chatterbox. Together, we can gist for Africa. If we're tired of gisting, we cook, we take strolls, he plays his guitar, I sing to it. Before you know it, the day is gone. We'll use phone to almost 'kill' each other before he returns. I remember when he had to stay for a day more, I cried ehn! He was calling, I wasn't picking again. Age is what it is, just numbers. 12 years is significant but it shouldn't limit you in any way. My husband is older by 12 years too and our kids call us Tom and Jerry.
