Runs girls championship in Abuja is usually won by Benue girls. I don't know if it is same in other places. I can only use Abuja because this where I'm familiar with.
After Benue girls, the next are Plateau girls, followed closely by Nassarawa and Kaduna girls.
Go to our Mammy markets in our barracks here in Abuja. You would see under 21 Benue girls scantily dressed selling barbecued fish and drinks in the evenings and when Mammy closes by say 11pm especially on Fridays, you would see them following soldiers into the barracks.
Most of them stay in Nyanya - Mararaba axis.
Few at Mpape.
Most of them are uneducated, have one or two children, stay in groups in apartments and many are of small stature (short).
Many tribal girls do runs nationwide, but most of these girls from other tribes attach some form of class to it. They would dress well and look fine even if na fake life.
But you see these Benue girls? Just forget. Can barely speak English. Most times look unkept and disorganized with some weird dressings. I was talking to one the other day. Why not stay back home, write JAMB and apply to any higher institution in Benue state instead of running to Abuja to do house help, runs girl and sales girl work? Little girls of 19 Years or less that just finished secondary school would run to Abuja to find work according to them. Which work dey Abuja for the uneducated? Sales girl? Hotel work? And from there, they would begin to do money for hand, back for ground.
Even the ones that are married to soldiers or are soldiers are barely educated. Girl child education should be really focused on in Benue state.
I respect Kogi and Ebonyi girls here in Abuja to some extent. You see them hawking and selling groundnuts or Okpa.

Please, this is based on what I have observed in my domain and that is why I write only about my domain, Abuja. It may not be same elsewhere and we may have different experiences based on our locations and job type.
Maybe it is because Benue state is close to Abuja that is why there is a high concentration of them here. But Kaduna and Nassarawa are closer.
