I've been on Coca Cola mostly... Occasional bottle of Fanta... A few cans of malt...

Not a single drop of pure water!!! Honestly... It's weird...

For more than a week... Maybe a month...

Should I be worried? Don't mention diabetes please, I'm eighteen... I don't think that's an issue...

Do you know excess intake of sugary stuffs cause very painful menses for females who still menstruates?

People are trying their best to break soft drink's addiction and this one is even proud that she could go a week without drinking water.

Auntie, you're not doing yourself any good. Water is irreplaceable, even if you like soak yourself inside soft drinks.

Omo I thought I was alone on this, just finished taking one bottle of orange juice or whatever now... Na God go save me from this excessive soft drinks, honestly it's becoming an addiction to me in disguise. Well for me the diabetic part won't come into play now once you are an active person who engages in work that releases energy and this breaks down the sugar. But still at that you gats learn how to reduce it or drink more water in case.

take it slow pls. E dey gather first before e explode. If you no engaged in very serious physical activity, no take soft drink, or take one in five days at most pls
