Do you know excess intake of sugary stuffs cause very painful menses for females who still menstruates?

People are trying their best to break soft drink's addiction and this one is even proud that she could go a week without drinking water.

Omo I thought I was alone on this, just finished taking one bottle of orange juice or whatever now... Na God go save me from this excessive soft drinks, honestly it's becoming an addiction to me in disguise. Well for me the diabetic part won't come into play now once you are an active person who engages in work that releases energy and this breaks down the sugar.
