I am thinking this is probably a setup between the guy that dropped the bullet and the policemen that later stopped the victim vehicle. The moment the damn criminal got out of the vehicle, he would have supplied all the vehicle details to his accomplices, the Nigerian policemen, who only had to wait along the expressway for the victim vehicle. If need be, they would have chased the vehicle. Pack of criminals.

So you cannot figure out that the man that dropped the bullets inside the car is the same person that alerted the Police at the check point. The money collected will be shared by the evil man and the police!

Anybody who really knows how to analyze issue will know that plenty things are really missing in this story for the following reasons
