GTCO and Zenith both on 25 naira
Mehn. So the guy who predicted that either GTB comes down or Zenith goes up was right

GTCO was dragged down on purpose because that news and what happened could've easily been prevented
Anyways this is 5 yrs - 1. lets see what the rest brings

Dividend yield: about few months ago I said it was a matter of time before either Zenith Bank would appreciate to the level of GTB or GTB would come down to the level of Zenith. That was at a time when the dividend yield of Zenith was over 13% while that of GTB was 10% after giving room for withholding taxes. Same way in less than 4 years Lafarge and BUA cement will sell at the same price.

So dry here. Perhaps the quiet before the storm.....

My brother, dem plenty especially in the real estate sector.
Shaw Communication(SJR) and Neuberger Berman Real Estate(NRO) has never failed me. Sometime SJR sometimes pays dividend twice a month.
Another one is Suncor Energy(SU) but this one pays bi-monthly.
Do your due diligence before you buy any stock on NYSE or else na premium tears when the business fails or bankruptcy happen.

These stocks you mentioned are they listed in NYSE?

You can only get monthly dividend paying stocks in Global Stocks, which are available through Passfolio, Chaka etc. You need to visit the us stock forum for more information. Some stocks that pay monthly dividend (they are not too risky, I wonder when someone said the stocks can be extremely risky, A Nigerian stock and a Global stock which is more risky: as long as you dot go and buy those penny stocks, Global stocks carry less risk, there are stocks that have been paying dividend for more than 50 years). Some monthly dividend stock: GAB, AMZA, ORC, INF etc. As regards how you can know the exchange a stock is quoted, just type the stock name on Google and the name plus exchange where quoted will show up.

there might just be a U-turn. This is the year where i foresee Zenith and GTB converging in price. By the time GTB is marked down, Zenith would have closed up substantially

NGXGROUP: Touched N21 as at now.........

WAPCO, UCAP, ACCESS, FBNH: surrounded by positive momentum.......looking up....

GTCO and ZENITH: Getting close.........Zee still respecting the boss.......(.0.40k difference so far)

How far this can continue, we don't know yet.......
However, I think GTB may be presenting better entry opportunity if they're able to drag it down some.more from this point (25.80)......

- Last financial year, UCAP's share price was battered after release of 2020 FYE result..........mostly because of the low turnout of APR's result which was below expectations.......
- However, UCAP was able to rise again due to outstanding result and dividend declared.........then took over/retained the leadership position in the sector.

Megawealth01 and Peterichy are still waiting @ their N2 junction since then.

Told Peter to buy Vitafoam mattress the time it was selling @N6 or N7, and stop using Katanga mattress wey full of sand-sand, maybe he heeded the advice or not, I don't know....,.but VITAFOAM has been able to deliver over +200% since/after that.

Peter, you owe me Christmas chicken if you heed the call that time.

Wahala for who no get UCAP. The stock is currently running on steroids.

I don't think Peter invest in stock, even if he does it should be once in 10 years, he only comes here to put fear and fire into peoples life.
