Well, I don’t think their Customer Service Agents will not be able to answer this type of question. Maybe you were also not explaining yourself well. Just request for home delivery if you can pay the N400 and they will deliver to the address provided.

I requested for a refund last week for an item I mistakenly ordered. I was charged 5,900 for the item but when the refund came yesterday it was 61500. This is so unusual as I was expecting to be credited with sum less than 5,900 (as they used to do). Lol

The only charge by post office is 200 to 500 naira officially shaa. I pay 500 for all registered items(of which I'm given a receipt)
The unregistered ones should be free but you'll be charged depending on the post office.
I've met a wide range of people at post office counters. Some will DEMAND 200, some will beg, some will say it's payment for the airtime they used to call you, some are Godly and won't ask you for money.

Back in the days, we've recorded 10days delivery. Now, the best I've had is this 18days to arrival and it's okay. I believe COVID is still affecting them operations.

What you should concern yourself about is NCS duty; max NIPOST will charge you is 500 as handling fee which is official.

It seems you missed the lamentations of people who had their speedaf NG....E parcels handed over to unreliable NIPOST. They would have preferred Speedaf handles those items all the way. Like me, I have three of such that has been stuck in NIPOST for almost a month with no hope of being contacted.

NCS duty is 50/50. You may be lucky and not get charged by NCS. It's never in anyone's control but NCS.

Asking the seller to declare as gift/undervalue it is also not a guarantee that NCS won't charge you.

Someone has called me again to reschedule the delivery personally, so which ever way it is, am OK with that weather he will collect their 400 or not.

I received my first combined shipment delivery via AESS/Speedaf today.

From ordering to delivery took 17Days.
I ordered on the night of 14th and 15th December, 2021

Few days after, my delivery was upgraded to Combined delivery.

And today, I got a call from Speedaf agent for pick up.

I am so glad.
I stopped ordering from AE because of this demon called NIPOST.

Though I had a very nice experience using NIPOST while in Abj.


I don't want to wake up from this dream. Lol
