The package must have passed thru customs, but some inefficiencies at certain points suggest that scanning was probably not done at those missing stages. Customs check and clearance is a must for any item entering the country or any country for that matter, except smuggled goods.

Also the fact that several stages got updated within 24hrs means that the item had probably arrived local post office since before the yuletide but the scanning was just carried out yesterday to get all those updates.

The danger there is that those unscanned points are easy points for items to get missing or stolen since there is no official tracking info to prove that it was at such points in transit.

Access Bank might have reviewed their monthly limit upwards. E dey me like film. I ordered for item of 94usd which was declined as I expected cus I have been ordering with the card. After the payment was declined, I ordered it again immediately which surprisingly turned out to be successful.
But wat amazed me most is when I woke up this morning and saw the two orders have been processed and dispatched.

I have a parcel like you, this is the first speedaf shipping batch about to leave for nigeria this year, so hopefully it will arrive nigeria in about 3 to 4 days time. After that, it will spend like two days for custom clearance then leave for speedaf ware house where it will then dispatch to various states . So roughly expect package in about 2 weeks time. No need to panic.
