What i was told here was to take very chilled coke. Just a little sip every interval. It worked really well for me. You will be alright.

Sorry, it will all go gradually. Just try to eat smaller meals, anything you can tolerate for now.

See me na, what do I know and what do I have to contribute if not to keep watching, observing and learning everyday from my senior colleagues. Expectantmum said I shouldn't complain of not experiencing MS so I won't. But sincerely I have not experienced any one o. No Vomiting, No Spitting, no sickness etc. Except for early morning fatigue, swollen and sensitive breasts and then bloating almost everyday. Still observing Sha. Tempted to go and do scan at 9 weeks to be sure something is still there .

Mamas please I have a question about weight gain. I feel I'm gaining too much weight. When I registered for ANC, I was weighing 60kg, 4 weeks later 65kg a d another 4 weeks later (today) 70kg . I've heard and read of weight gain all through pregnancy but I'm scared for myself. I started gaining weight in pregnancy and that was what even announced me, I don't eat much except those few times I had serious hunger pangs which later subsided. Sometimes I even go to bed without dinner though I eat plenty plenty fruits. I'm scared of increasing to 75kg in the next 4 weeks, am I okay like this cos if I keep in this was I might break the scale

How many weeks gone are you?

When I'm pregnant, I gain 80-90kg
I end up loosing it all after childbirth
