The tenacity of debtors using Nigeria debt as their reference to their creditors.

There was one time like that one stvpid corper mate that was begging me to borrow her money then and that she will pay within a week, week turns to month and month turns to 9month, and she was still rude and sending her friend's VN to me that she is going to move me and talking shii about Nigeria owing debt. Wtf?

I first told everyone around her about what happened that am about to do my own will ..

God, my conclusion was I'm going to beat her to coma and i don't care if they report me to my secretariat and send me away from the PPA then...

Ma something enter her mind ask for my aza then send the money to...

I told her the next say, God save you i swear. We for enter news headlines.

Pay your fvcking debt

To think that some nairalanders maybe their staff.

I wonder what kind of person borrows money and stops picking their creditor's calls.

No loan company uses its official means of communications, such as letter heads, twitter handles, Facebook, website etc to threatening loan defaulters, its only account officers that use, random phone numbers, WhatsApp chat and unholy social media pages to embarrass defaulters, they can not be persecuted for this.

Whenever a creditor seeks to recover his money the first thing that will come out of a Nigerian's mouth is "Shebi Nigeria is also owing China".

That is the most lame and redundant statement ever! angry

I do not support the loan companies sending these messages but I understand why they're sending them. Nigerians don't like paying debt they owe. A typical Nigerian would owe you money and start avoiding you when it's time to pay up and if you happen to corner them they'd have one story or another to bore you with as though you don't have your own stories to tell.

I now don't lend anybody money anymore. if you ask to borrow from me and I'm moved to lend you the money I'd simply tell you I don't have the money then send that money I was moved to lend you to my mum. That way at least I know I've done some good with the money rather than stressing myself when it's time to get the money back.
nt everyone does that.. Me specifically don do that, i mean stress whoever i borrow money 4rm before paying back. Please u can try me.. It's all in my signature.

These loan sharks do not have any business with CBN as CBN does not recognize their jewish ursury. They can't even report you to Credit Buerua.

If you can stomach the insult, pls go ahead and don't pay them a dime.

They are the highest thieves especially that sokoloan. They will place a lien on paystack and will continue debiting you every single day despite you paying them. Funny thing is that even your bank statement won't carry the debit.

Collect money from them, rush to your bank and cancel your debit card and have it replaced.

The highest they will do is send useless threatening messages despite .

Op is not the one owing.
How can they be threatening to upload his picture alongside the debtor, someone he barely knows just because the person saved his number in his phone.
Is that not madness.

but who in his mind will collect loan and won't want to pay? I can bet it, Nigerians might be stubborn but 80% out of 100% of those taking loans will want to pay

everyone is just typing rubbish because you get a link up and someone help you with job doesn't mean everyone has that opportunity. I know a masters holder that's still looking for job and ive a friend that came out with pass in ONd working in a better company just because he get link

you're pitying a loan app that collect 50% of the money given to you as their interest rates, these loan defaulters I'm sure must have been giving loan and they pay back but because one default which might be some circumstances that come up, they couldn't meet up with the time

so how can someone who defaulted with penalty accumulated fees will still be blackmailed again? this is quite unreasonable. he/she should go and pay his loan, so who will clear those blackmailing text sent to others?

Nigerians are just so unfriendly to themselves, let your friend who his child is sick ask you for help na so so story but if one Nnenna and latifat seek the same help na one time, so when these people sort other means with the hope of getting means to pay up but unfortunately default then you will be typing rubbish

any loan app that threatened you with blackmailing text tell them to go on and useless friends that called to know why tell them to go to hell with them. nonsense

Quite simple. The loan money was paid into the defaulters bank account, right? Place a lien on that account, and whenever any money enters into said account, it's automatically debited to the tune of the loan figure. Incase he wants to switch account, use BVN to tarnish his or her credit score, all other loan apps would see it, his banks would see it, his account officer too would see it. He can't access any loan from any financial institution using that BVN because his credit score is already in the mud

See all this loan company are fraudulent companies. They have bad Intention towards customers. Do you know that most of the loan company don't have contact where u call if you have challenges, they can call you but you can't call the number back.

There was a time a friend of mind collect loan and have difficulty to pay, he try to reach them, no way untill they send messages to all his contact that he's a criminal. If they are doing the good business, they should have contact where thier customers can locate incase of any issues. There is a way to deal with them Sha.
