I am sick and tired and if I have sorted things it was for the sake of our kids and now I am starting to regret. I am thinking from this month when I get my salary I will give her 30k and give my mother 10k to be cooking her own foods.

Is my decision good?

Bringing your mother to live permanently with you, your wife and kids in a one room apartment is a Bad bad idea. Your wife go definitely see you and your mama finish.

I have a mother and I have nieces and nephews who need caring for. It was hard on my mum taking care of just one baby. We are not talking of just watching them but caring for them. Taking care of 3 at a time requires a whole different level of commitment and unless the mother is able-bodied, it will be a load for her to bear.

As for your wife tell her to start something no matter how Small, you guys can try and get a grinding machine so she can use it to hustle no matter how small, she can also fry sweet potatoes or even akara in the front of the house or the junction.
She can also sell eggs too or if it's a busy area or sell food in the morning. Am just trying to suggest things that she can easily do and know her profit for the day without eating her capital and still feed the family.

She can do all these while your mum takes care of the kids for the little time that she will be away. She better think fast because those kids will be starting school soon and the economy is not smiling.

I was breastfed till almost 4 years of age and I am healthy. My grandma even boasted a lot about breastfeeding me for the longest.
