This was so fun to watch, I laughed so hard. When he called the goalie fine boy and said when he saves, he will do face like Snapchat filter, I nearly fall from chair.

I really enjoy this guy's analysis of things, he's one of few Ghanaians that will sooner praise Nigeria than blame us for anything. First time I came across him, he was defending Nigeria's music industry and why it is better than Ghana.

Funny guy, and I love how relatable his analysis is. He is analysing like a football fan, expressing himself freely, he no dey bother to do tactical analysis or talk about who dey play for wing or who dey play for midfield, whether na 4-4-2 abi 3-5-1 e no concern am. Just straightforward, pure fan analysis, as one would when they watch football strictly for the entertainment value.

Correct guy.
I like watching and listening to him too especially the quirks of his Ghanaian accent and pidgin English variant laced with whatever local dialect he speaks

Kalu set to join Watford! Medical on going!
2022 is shaping up to be our year!
Wow this is good, I didn't see it coming. I was even looking at Moses Simon to be the next Eagle to hit Premiership but then this. Anyways, whatever happens Watford mustn't be relegated at the end of the season.

Where are those Ghanaian bredas that used to disturb us on this great thread.

My condolences to them.

I think Malawi might scale through.
Don’t forget they will still check stats
If every means has been exhausted, it will come down to lot.....Someone will pick a yes and go through and the other a no and go home.

At this stage, I will say the hosts remain the team to beat. And I foresee an upset against them.
And that leaves us to one team to lift the cup. It is not going to a North-African team.
Your guess is as good as mine -- Nigeria. Our team is not built around any specific player.
We will produce goals from different routes going forward.

Like I said before. We have been humbled severally by minnows. It won't happen again, under Eguavoen. Other big teams are being served their humble pie in the wrong moment -- helps our chances. I expect our strikers to start to click. Expect goals. Don't rule out Sadiq yet

There is a reason why Chukwueze is being subbed out early despite scoring. Also Ejuke did not see minutes against Sudan.
Eguavoen is on point. our wingers are getting the message. Expect them to improve.

samtol4:
well said. Comoros counter-attack is superb. Ejuke and Chukueze need to watch this match and understand counter attack is to score not show skills

Moses Simon should join a better club than watford if he will be moving to the premier league

You people are very funny..

Why cry more than the bereaved?

That you actually believed FIFA is being crooked is funny..

They are being crooked and you think these countries would not have taken it up?

The same thing happened to Italy and you don't see them crying foul..

And yet someone,somewhere on Nairaland..

Wants to carry them matter for head..

They might not have the big players names team since Michael Essien you know. But there is just this thing about rivalry, it goes beyond one team being traditionally bigger.

Secondly, over the last 15 years or so for a team with not so many star players look at how painful it was recently when they beat us in Angola nations cup, prior to that at they beat us at the 2008 nations cup in Accra ( I think that tournament we were pretty poor, with the German coach Berti Voigt who is the only manager to have dared put Vincent Enyeama at the height of his career in Israel as a second choice keeper behind Austin Ejide, reasons being that he thought Ejide had a better physical frame than Enyeama, and to be fair to Ejide he was pretty good that infact if we have an Ejide of 2008 now as an alternative to the current crops of keepers we have he is ×100 times better)

Rivarly doesn’t make them a power house

Allnigeriasoccer.com has compiled a list of eight confirmed transfers involving Nigeria-eligible players you may have missed due to the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations, including three Super Eagles stars changing clubs.

Super Eagles midfielder Azubuike Okechukwu is first on the list. The 2016 Olympics bronze medalist has returned to Yeni Malatyaspor for a second spell, joining YMS on loan from fellow Super Lig side Istanbul Basaksehir until the end of the 2021-2022 campaign.

Porto-reared midfielder Mikel Agu has ended his association with Vitória de Guimaraes following his move to Spanish Segunda Division outfit CF Fuenlabrada on January 15.

Mikel has signed a five-month deal with CF Fuenlabrada, until the end of the current season.

Another Super Eagles midfielder Innocent Bonke completed his transfer to French Ligue 1 club Lorient on January 18, signing a three-and-a-half-year contract until June 2025.

This is the first time the Bujoc product has transferred to a non-Scandinavian club since moving abroad in 2014.

Turkish First League club Adanaspor confirmed the signing of one-time Nigerian Federation target Jordon Ibe on a three-and-a-half-year contract on January 17.

The former Liverpool and Bournemouth winger has been without a club since his departure from Derby County in 2021.

Former United States U20 international Jalil Anibaba sealed a move to Columbus Crew on January 14, a day before the Super Eagles defeated Sudan in their second group game at the Africa Cup of Nations.

A defender by trade, Anibaba has joined Columbus Crew for the 2022 Major League Soccer season with an option for 2023.

Highly-rated Norwegian-Nigerian center forward Ohi Omoijuanfo, 28, has joined Serbian Superliga giants Red Star Belgrade on a three-year deal. The deal was confirmed on January 11.

Turkish First League side Ankara Keçiorengucu snapped up former Flying Eagles defensive midfielder Adamu Alhassan from rivals Menemenspor on January 13.

Hungarian record champion Ferencváros has signed one of the top scorers in the Czech Fortuna Liga, Fortune Bassey.

Bassey joined Ferencváros from Dynamo Ceske Budejovice on January 17.

I read in Completesports that we would be having 8 changes to our lineup with only Ndidi, Troost and Iheanacho retaining their spots. They had Uzoho, Ebuehi, Collins, troost, ajayi, Ndidi, Nwakali, Iheanacho, Ejuke, Olayinka and Iwobi expected to start. I like the lineup personally, I just wish Onyeka could have been smuggled in. If the line-up is true, this is Nwakali's chance to justify his inclusion. Waiting to see who would make a strong case to play in the 2nd round. Am surprised Musa isn't listed though, seeing that he made a cameo in the last game.
Ndidi will be pulled out in 2nd half for Onyeka. It makes no sense risking d 2 DMs d same time. Tho Onyeka can operate as a CM, but he is d only close replacement we have for Ndidi. Coach don see caution & wan apply danger. The hill to climb still plenty.

I don't need to bring out any Mathematics..

I don't have to prove a negative..

The onus is on you to provide the mathematics to support your claims..

He who asserts must prove..

Show us the FIFA rules and how they have run afoul of it..

And while you are at it..

You can also double as the Attorney on the case of Algeria and Italy vs FIFA..
