The solution is not far fetched, your wife should start working like others. If you like give her 100k for upkeep the problem will persist. Other women engaged in business to help and build the family not to complain.

My simple advice, if she wants to leave you because you can't satisfy her enough, let her go and trust me, your mother will look after your children. Now that my mother is here with us, she started again with the 40k is not enough to feed all of us, note I don't eat breakfast, I eat lunch at work and in the evening I eat at home. She is only giving my mother food in the evening while she and my kids eat 3 Square meal a day.

I asked her why she is treating my mother so badly she said the economy is hard if she doesn't have she won't kill herself. I am sick and tired and if I have sorted things it was for the sake of our kids and now I am starting to regret. I am thinking from this month when I get my salary I will give her 30k and give my mother 10k to be cooking her own foods.

Is my decision good?

My own is no matter what you do never follow the advise of all the women here or even outside. Cos taking relationship/marital advise from a woman is worse than whatever the person is already going through. Peace!

From most marital issues that have been posted on NL, the men always complain about their wives refusing to find a job and work so she can also contribute financially to the family. But OP only complained how how his wife keeps collecting money from him without mentioning if she works or not.

Mr man don't small small boys and girls be giving you advice of which they never experienced before and stop blaming yourself.
I have experience something like this before at the early stage when I was working somewhere where I was owed like 8 months. Most friends systematically avoided me because they felt I will beg them for money but thank God for support from few family and friends before things turned around,
My advice for you is when those triplet grow small try and establish small business for your wife to lessen the burden on you unless she is a lazy type, things will change and yourself shall ginger for a better opportunity
