Okay. Like...for example now, you might be walking on the road, and you see a girl to your liking, whether it is her beautiful or her sexual appeal, don't focus on her like you would normally do. Look away immediately and don't give her one second more of your energy/attention.

If you're watching a movie, or you are scrolling through social media and you see a sexy or beautiful female to your liking, keep scrolling, don't stop to look even for one second, and don't give one second of thought to her look or sex appeal. Quickly occupy your mind with something that would take your mind off what you just saw.

If your work has it that you have to deal with females, discipline yourself not to start lusting after them with your eyes while you're interacting with them. And keep it official as much as possible.

For this 14 day period, don't contact any girl on Whatsapp or social media apps for chit chat. Don't toast/woo any girl at all...even if she gives you green light, ignore her. I know it can be hard, but just try it for 14 days, and the positive results you get will make you see it is worth it.

is it okay to call a female acquaintance you need an information from or one that's just recovering . just to ask about her health, or a female friend that I regularly communicate with before I embarked on this journey and suddenly stopped calling her

So, even though I know this thing works, I mess up some times...from time to time. So, towards the end of last year, I wasn't following this rule...I was watching porn a lot, fapping a lot, etc... and also chasing a girl that once loved me, but no longer did. I was in a very bad state. So, around the middle of December, I snapped out of it and started following this rule. My rent was due by end of the month, and I didn't have even 10k saved up...my rent is 200k.

Anyway, I started following the rules I listed in the original post... not watching porn, not self servicing, not having sex, not lustfully looking at girls, not contacting girls, etc.

There is a royalty payment I get every month, it is usually around 20k....but when the payment came in, it was 40k...and then a job came in that fetched me 40k in a weekend... from there money gifts just started coming from people I least expected...50k, 60k, 15k...within 2 weeks, I got my rent in full. All these things started happening around the 10th day of following this rule.

Please note that I say positive money affirmations to myself every day, but it never used to work till I started following these rules.

For the next 14 days, starting today, don't fap/self service, don't try to get any girl's attention on and offline...don't look at seductively dressed girls/women on the street. In fact, don't look at any girl/woman at all. I can't stress this enough... DON'T LOOK AT ANY GIRL/WOMAN.

Don't watch porn too. I'm not a moralist, or even religious. A great untapped power lies within you as a man that you might not be aware of.

What would be the benefits of doing this experiment? You will get most of the things you want so easily.

*Girls will throw themselves at you in ways you would never imagine.


*You brain will be sharper for daily activities.

*Most of the things you've always wanted and worked towards but haven't been able to get will come to you easily.

*Things will just work out for you generally in ways they have never worked out before.

I know a lot of people will laugh at this, but to those that will try out the experiment, you are about to witness some magic in your life. Trust me.

Speaking on the the experiment improving your finances, I don't mean to say you will be sitting at home and money will be coming your way like magic...this experiment will only help enhance the results you have been getting from your work or business. Hope you understand. YOU HAVE TO BE DOING SOMETHING.
