I am still wondering the criteria they will use in selecting the successful candidates. Considering how some of us have varying experiences with the interviewers. Also this process is a new assessment method and we have already seen some disorganization with the interviewers. Relatively 50 persons were interviewed throughout this process. I really want to know their criteria.

But from the group work - I noticed some group were all crammed with their views. Basically they expect you all to be able to organize yourselves and have a healthy interaction with varying views then choose the best option. There should be decorum. In this case it is advisable for someone to volunteer the organization and timing of the group; same should also contribute.

50 People? In Eight days? Definitely more than that.

At least a total of 16people will be interviewed each day, combining morning and afternoon sessions. That's over 120.

We go pass 500. Even by that calculation, the screening ends on the 25. That about 225.

I told him I'd done but I got an email stating that it wasn't in their record.

He asked for my name, I told him and he checked (I think) and said my stuff looked good, but he'd need to verify further so I should log off and if there were any lapses, they'd mail me again.

Got the same mail a few days ago. I mailed them back to say I have completed all the stages.

After a couple of emails back and forth, they mailed back to say it was an oversight and I don’t have to re-do the interview.

For CBI and Presentation, each assessor submit an evaluation of your session. For the group exercise, one assessor is assign per candidate for evaluation.

I think the cumulative of these evaluation I is what they will use to rank each candidate

This is basically what I observed during my interview. So I may be wrong

I dont think we are up to 225 as mentioned in the earlier post, on the first day when most of us all joined before we were put into breakout rooms and rescheduled for another day, i saw that about 60 people had joined plus the interviewers, so let's just say a maximum of 70 or 80. And i also think this second stage isnt as critical as the first stage because there's no right or wrong answer, its just to show that we can communicate well then also for then to get to know us better.

Those are my views though

You may be right but also remember that that very first day, people were also slated for afternoon and other different times.

I also think this stage is critical because some people will still be dropped. It's worse because the performances are likely to be close. One who has done well would be surprised to know another person has done better.

I feel this second stage is actually more critical, because the assessors are actually going to assess lots of people, they might even forget how others participated except if the interview was being recorded, which I doubt. Does anyone know how long this process will take and when will the assessment end.

If you pass this stage, just go and celebrate.

As In ehn, I have ransacked google looking for their pay but nothing.

Definitely we were being assessed on the spot. They wouldn't leave it to come watch later--that's a lot of needless work.

Also, the mail on 31st Dec. had said the recruitment exercise will last 4-5 weeks. So, latest by 1st week of February we should know our fate.

I hope they don't send mails to spam this Time about, good thing I always check my spam mails because a lot of people actually lost This opportunity due to that.

Hopefully they won't. It's only Jobberman's mails that do end in spam. Of course, Heirs will be the one reaching out this time.
