They're supposed to review on the spot, not record to review later.

Only thing is several factors that are not even dependent on the interview can stand in the way of an interviewee getting a good score.

they reveiw on the spot and submit evaluation. As the other poster said, so many other factors will affect evaluation of a candidate like mood of the interviewer and many other things.

Nigerian HRs don't send rejection mail. They said closure cometh from the Lord.

No update from them, still refreshing mails to see if anything has dropped, asked someone else too, same thing. The last I heard was 2 days back.

Maybe they have finished the recruitment,because they said 4-5weeks.

With all their initial gragra, who will have imagined that there is no new update, nor is there certainty that the recruitment process will be concluded today. This week marks the fifth week according to the timeline they set for themselves.

This week made it the 4th week counting from the online test but was thinking they would be fast coming from how they conducted the process.
