Day 28, the highest I've gone. I've series of serious prayer projects that I embark on, so I want to remain pure till I'm done with it. But right now it's like part of my normal life never to masturbate again, because I kept on beginning a new prayer chain anytime the other ones end. I also unfollowed almost all the sexually appealing women on my fb to stop getting their updates on my news feed,though I still have them on my friends list.
I don't do IG again. I muted status of girls that post nudes on whatsapp. I then find another way of easing off stress at home; eating, watching football.
