Hello guys I have a landed property of 20Million now person wan pay #10Million for half the property. I'm thinking of investing it on Uber maybe make I get 4 fleets of cars I go buy like 4 cars of #2.5million each is it worth investing inside this business or make man use that money to japa for this country

This wan buhari wan increase fuel I doubt if the business go dey profitable

Hmm... I just imagine the state of dilemma you currently are right now.

If only men were God to see the future so they don't make mistakes in life!

If only prayers are Immidiately answered at the time we pray so that man can just pray to God for something and God will just do it instantly!

If only our spiritual eyes ciuld see things ahead of us!

If only that everything man proposes he gets

If only!!!

My brother I wise you well in what ever decision you finally arrive at o but one thing I've seen in your 1st plan already is failure. Ask me why?

because you can't buy 4cars while you have just N10m... You'll need like additional N1m to bring those cars up to speed.

To crown it up, that thunking if buying 4 cars at once at 2.5m with all your money is a sign of incompetent and inexperience to run a fleet, failure is imminent.

My advice for you is start small, with 1 car first. buy at least 3-6months 9ja use car a good one (budget 2m for purchase and minor repairs and runing cost). E get why! Don't ask me pls.

Drive that car yourself to learn the rope.

Get a good and trusted person to do your japa papers for you (budget 5m)

God willing within 6months you're papers are ready.

No how family must chop out of that N10m, friends must drink beer, poverty days must be sent back to his rightful place, madam will demand her own cut... na that time you go remember say apartment hotel dey for Eko hotel my brother if you're not discipline and focus you go loose focus that N10m you dey expect so enh go b4 like N100k.

So be wise.

May God help you to make profine decision

Maybe someone can educate me on the benefits of allowing HP run though years when i know i can pay up in months.

HP is business model and in business school it is well recognise but regarded as a credit kinda business. Those running credit facilities will understand what it entails to run a credit business... Its not a business for the fainted minds.

The only thing good about HP is that the court of law recognises it so when there is a default/issue the court can always come in to settle the riff between both parties involve.

But one aspect I dislike about it is the fact that there is no proper guidance which states the percentage reduction if the buyer is willing to pay in a shorter or less expected time.

Take for an instance, you want to sell your korope by hp for 2m in the space of 24months. If the buyer then decides to pay in total maybe after 6months into the contract he will still pay the full amount otherwise the court won't answer his case of percentage reduction for paying much earlier.

Therefore, what's the gain? Why then would I want to work myself off to buy same accent at same amount at a shorter time when I can as well pay same amount stresslessly for a longer period!

Shey you get?

To add to your search, bro... You this life enh! E get as e b ooh... Things don't always go the way we plan or think so think through your decision very well again b4 you jump into any agreement.

What was the cause of your surgery (don't answer me pls), was it appendice, hyannia (killed the spellinggrin) or driving related? I don't know... Did the doctors say you can still drive for a living even after the surgery? Have you discuss that with them?? You and I know driving for a living is difficult, instead of opting for a hp why not just take one of your buses and drive yourself then make money to buy another or buy a car if that's what you truly want.

Life na planning ooh else you fail... To even have two people driving for you in a different transport sector is difficult now you want to come and add HP to the task... Can you manage the worries, unrest and troubles when the car starts calling for constant repairs?

Your oga no go hear stories ooh... My own and our own no be the sane thing ooh

Danfo, korope, and bike business is more easy and less stressful and less competitive when compare Ehailing ooh... One major advantage they've over ehailing drivers is that they spend less on maintenance due to a steady route they ply but an ehailing driver plys all route including good, bad, dead zooms and flooded roads.
Can you compare an ehailing driver that runs lekki to ikeja daily with the one that runs like a chicken all over the place? The guy that runs one route visits the mechanic less often.

Think things through bro.

I wish you best of luck and good health

But you self enh... You get bad mouth ooh even after recovering from surgery see the punch u give our guy BAZ001... Watin you call am again abeg ill mannered child with no responsibility? Ha!!! That ine loud oohgringringrin

Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by peeps4u: 9:33am On Jan 21, 2022
As pearl1901 rightly said. It is better You collect loan to buy a car since your cash inflow seems healthy, and but a car than opting for HP.

Even cooperative loan is bettwr than this HP youre seeking. If you divert your daily 12k in coorporative, in about 3-4 months, you can apply for double of your saving to get a car.

Or go through bank route.

You shouldn't be making 12k daily and not have an access to any loan facility but instead go for HP, not right.

Vitalurch:

Good afternoon everybody. My earlier post above is for who is willing. Its outrageous how people jump into ones post and make mockery of it. I have no idea what their benefits are. One of u had to dig into my past 2 years post when i was asking for rentals. Yes i did offer 30k for rentals and same thing happening to this current post happened to that very post and i gave up. I mannaged to buy locally used korokpe which i used for barely 5months and i bought the second one. I was about completing the required cash for Honda civic when i fell ill. I know next question will be "did u spend such amount for just surgery" anyway who ever is willing to help out will without all these interview querry. its just difficult to stay at home waiting to save up to 2m from my daily 12k. If i am sure i can pay more than 50k, i would have Offered that cus i would love to pay up as soon as possible. Please call me and i will explain more if u would love to help. 07037181502

As long as I've signed an HP deal, I can never pay back the money in months instead of years I have signed, even if I have the full money. I will rather divert the excess money to something else and keep paying the HP gradually till the end of the duration of the contract.

You're paying HP at higher price than the original price because it has already been spread over a period if time. I can only pay earlier than agreed HP period if the car owner is ready to give a lil discount for paying earlier

If a Rider is Matched (assigned) to a Driver and the driver is not willing to go to the destination or he is a bit far from the pickup.

Who is suppose to cancel the ride, is it the Driver or the Rider?

Good morning.

So if the driver doesn't cancel, you will wait till he does because you are claiming right?

Ok oooooo!

To me, two things should be involved.
Either you are not in a hurry or you are not ready to move.

Good morning.

Any of the parties can cancel, but note that cancellation has more negative effect on the driver than the rider.... One wrong cancellation can lead the driver to one week suspension, a rider can easily switch mobile number if restricted, due to high cancellation and it last only hours or just a day.. a driver don't have that leverage.
