This parfait is truly addictive, see, you now make it almost daily wink

With unsweetened Greek yogurt, my sweet tooth makes me add honey to it, and I love it. Funny enough i would never go for the sweetened yogurt. And yes it's pretty filling, I add lots of nuts, and raisins to it.
Will someday experiment with fresh fruits. Right now let me enjoy the recipe I have.

I've been making it (parfait) almost daily since seeing that pic, lols. I find it quite filling and plan to experiment with more fruits. I use unsweetened Greek yogurt. It kinda reminds me of smoothie bowls, which I also dig.

If you're eating a grilled or roasted protein, try cucumber pineapple salad with it.

onion, cucumber, pineapple, chili pepper

dressing: white vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice
